she did not look at my previous surgery which was a few months previous the previous surgery was consequential with regards to hormones her recommendations was taking otc herbs her diagnosis was demeaning and had no correlation to her supposed speciality avoid her at all cost

I had to see her because no one else was available. She prescribed an ultrasound without any need and without physical assessment. Definitely very rude and doesn’t hear you much. Waste of time and money to see her.

She is part of my PPO plan. Called office to confirm if they accept my insurance and they said yes. Visited twice, first time I was late by 15 minutes and they say to come next time (insurance checked in). Second visit, the receptionist says they do not accept my insurance, but kept pushing me to sign the waiver, which means I have to pay cash. They wanted me to put $500 deposit down. I went home and called my insurance, Dr. Subramanian is under my insurance. They attempted fraud

Dr. Subramanian is an excellent doctor and endocrinologist. Both my wife and I are seeing her for hormone management. She came prepared for the 1st appointment having read my medical records and labs. She did a better exam on me than any prior endocrinologist. We discussed several treatment programs, chose one I was comfortable with, and immediately put the plan into action. I will be regularly monitored and medication adjusted until my conditions are under control. She showed true concern and commitment to "turning this ship around."

I would definitely not recommend this doctor. She does not spend time on discussing the diagnosis with the patient and is very condescending. If you ask her questions regarding her plan of treatment she is easily annoyed. She could really use some bed-side manner classes.

Dr. Subramanian is a fabulous doctor! Great bedside manner, great attention to detail. She really gets to know her patients.

I have seen Dr Subramanian several times now to treat my Diabetes. Based on these visits, I have come to the conclusion that Shoba is not an ideal Endocrinologist. She seems to be just going through the motions, shows poor listening skills, and often seems at a loss about how to engage with a patent. I would not recommend using her unless you are an experienced diabetic and just need someone to to write prescriptions.

I have been to several endocrinologists and by far, she has a great bedside manner, is thorough and knowledgeable. After being at another endo, Dr Subramanian identified my issues, followed up and called me at home and was proactive in my care. I think she is a terrific doctor.
