I would give 0 stars if possible. Extremely rude and condescending and no communication with the family of the person being treated. Reduces or ups doses of medication with no tests/ just because the patient says so. In psychiatric patients case, you should never do this as you cannot trust what the patient is saying without tests if they are psychotic. Had a follow up scheduled with someone outside my moms insurance, and did not help me make another appointment, so now we have to wait months for another one. Getting a psychiatric appointment is extremely hard, especially when the patient does not want to take medication, so getting us an appointment correctly could have helped immensely. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. Not clear in medication planning and sticking to a schedule. If you or a loved one gets her, run!!

How she is able to work at El Camino is beyond me. Not professional and lacks compassion. She was trying to give me a list of medications over the phone and I asked her to email the list and she refused. Had a zoom meeting and she arrived 30 minutes late with no phone call beforehand. She is the rudest medical person I have EVER dealt with. When we finally stood up to her my brother was out of the hospital the next day.

VERY VERY RUDE. Worst arrogant ignorant doctor one can imagine.Mentally and emotionally abusive. Barely listen to you. Lack of empathy and understanding.I don't know how El Camino hires her on their hospital staffso she is guaranteed and won't lose her job

I am not personally a patient of Dr. Singh, but my husband has been for well over a year now. She is the only doctor in the world who was able to diagnose him and supply him with the correct medication to give him his life back. If you go into this process with the expectations that she will 'fix' you, you won't get better. But if you want to get better and you are willing to put in the work, she is the right doctor for you. She will give you the tools but she cannot build your life back up for you, but she supports you every step of the way. Mental health is hard, and everyone reacts differently, but she happened to be the perfect match for what my husband needed. She is patient, kind and trustworthy. My family trusted this doctor with my husbands life, and that was not for granted. We owe her everything

Billed for services that were performed under a substitute doc’s name and efforts, that Simran Singh wants to take credit for herself. Indeed she is trying to con patients who she thinks she can get away with by whatever means she can in an unfair, scummy, and unprofessional manner.

Dr. Singh helped bring my manic bipolar disorder under control in 2018. She added Lithium to the Depakote and Quietiopine prescribed by Stanford Hospital's Psychiatrists. She did this after several appointments at the El Camino Hospital's outpatient department. She is a regular physician there and during the ten weeks I was there my fellow patients spoke well of her.I strongly recommend her as a doctor and a caring human being.

I was treated by Dr. Singh while I was an outpatient at El Camino Hospital. She was direct and to the point (probably explains all those negative reviews). After treating me for two or three weeks she said, "I wish you would let me prescribe Lithium for you, it will help you greatly. I agreed and it helped cure my symptoms." Being a medicare patient I could not continue under her care otherwise I would have. I trusted her implicitly.

I am ashamed to admit that I let Dr. Singh abuse me mentally and emotionally for a whole year. Then she dropped me abruptly while I was on a medication that very few doctors prescribe, leaving me totally without care. Ultimately I went back to my old doctor and had to get off the medication that only she could prescribe, but I'm glad I did because I am so much happier. She is a horrible, horrible person. I will be reaching out to the Board of Medicine.

What she has done to me, when I was at your hospital is not fair. Ask for forgiveness to our Lord Jesus Christ. Correct your mistake! God is angry with all. Because you misused God’s child (me😢). You failed everyone! My Friend is not with me! because of you El Camino! 😡 Not fair! Stop 🛑 forcing people! Simran! You are no Doctor! You are a Con person living in my Father’s land!

The absolute worst. Mixes you up with other patients. Doesn't remember or write down notes about your discussions. Rude and unprofessional.
