The staff at SmileCraft is amazing! The whole family has been going for years and it has been the best experience - or as good as a visit to dentist can be😉. Our teeth look and feel better than ever and our kids still have no cavities. Excellent!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for over two years and always had pleasant experience until today. Due to Covid, they ask their patients to wait outside until they call you. I have been standing outside the office for over 10 minutes past my appointment until I got called by their staff. The staff was not friendly and did not apologize for being late. I had an appointment for cleaning only today and was in a hurry but the staff insisted I need to do an x-ray in order for her to do the cleaning. Why would they force their patients to do an x-ray if I am here for a cleaning appointment only? Since I did not have time and did not like her service, I will find another dentistry who would treat their patients better and nicer.

I finally scheduled an appointment here mainly because it was close by, but I'm so glad I did. Their customer experience is phenomenal! The staff, technicians, and the dentist knows what they're doing. I'm not afraid to go to the dentist anymore and in fact, I look forward to my appointments! They make you feel welcome and they're extremely efficient. I go in for cleanings 4x a year.
