I went to urgent care because of a car accident. And since I hit my head, they saw me with in 15 minutes. I was very impressed. I gave the doctor what my concerns were and she went through each and everyone with me. Checking me out fully. They then sent me for a head CT and an x-ray. They were quite busy that Day. However, In a short Time they got the results. They were kind and considerate and got everything done as quick as they could. I was very impressed. I couldn’t have gotten better Treatment even if I went to a hospital. Everybody at urgent care Receptionist, nurses, technicians, and doctors. They all deserve round of applause.

I have been there (Sutter Urgent Care - Mountain View Center) many times over the past decade. When it was crowded, I felt that the waiting time was too long and the doctors were too rushed. The most recent visit, relatively the patients were less. I observed that the staff worked together and the process was very efficient. Most importantly, the doctors there are very professional and capable.

•Wait time was about 20 minutes, not 45 minutes to an hour like I was told---nice surprise! I visited during the week, mid morning, which meant Urgent Care was not too crowded. •Every staff person provided polite and professional care. •I was looking for a diagnosis (a pulled muscle, which I had suspected) and making sure what I was doing was the right way to go. •The doctor provided me with advice as well as exercises, just what I needed. •I have always received great care when I've gone to Urgent Care!

Excellent service when you need the most. Mountain View urgent care is much better than any ER. Doctors are amazing. Staff is amazing. They really mean to help and make you feel better. Love to have PAMF urgent care in Mountain View. Please keep up the great work. Just one suggestion. Change the chair covers. It is getting too old and shows signs of wear and tear. 5 stars is not enough. 100 stars are the right way for appreciating the service.

The wait time was good. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The doctor seemed compassionate, and understanding. However I felt that more tests, could have been done to get more answers quickly to my particular health issues I was experiencing.

You may need to plan to be here for several hours because Sutter Urgent Care is very popular. The care I received, though, was outstanding. Everyone was polite and helpful. The nurse, Vanessa, went above and beyond. The doctor was thorough and designed a treatment plan that made sense. Within a few days, I was feeling much better. I would definitely use them again.
