Tin Tin Tun's Online Review Report Card

There are two issues with Dr. Tun: 1. Aggressive price charge. 2. no patience at all. For her, making money as much as possible within short time is more important than serving a patient well. 1. She double charged me for one service-performing a skin biopsy, with 2 different codes. Just because I asked for skin biopsy and she agreed with that. That was called diagnose for the office visit. Then, she charged me one for Office Visit-$340 and another one for performing biopsy-$460. With 8 minutes, she charged for $800. 2. Even with such high charge, she only gave me 3 minutes in a return visit for the result. Ironically, she did not even give me a lab report. She was late for 40 minutes, and talked with me for 3 minutes without explaining anything. She did not even give me the lab report. With that, she left the office for another patient. How do you feel with such high cost and low quality of service?

My son needed to see a dermatogyist for a while but due to covid 19 we waited. When he got fully vacinated early April I was looking iinto gettting an appt for him. Didnt find one . His acne got worst then he was lucky on the waitlist and got it much sooner that he was scheduled. Dr. Tun seem to me to be very patience as I am a chatter box. and so worry about my teenage sons acne. She give us two option and my son and I decided to do the 1st option then wait to see any improvement before we can think about option 2 which is acutane. Acne due mess up peoples skin. My son used to have perfect complexion then about a ago 2.5 years ago he started to get some acne and the past 3 months his acne gotten so bad. Please take your kid to the dermatologist if you see flare ups and not wait............... Acne scaring something no one wants.

She is very caring of her patients and takes the time to talk with them about concerns. I have been very happy being a patient of hers for over 10 years. She does my yearly mole checks and has done a couple of skin tag removals that healed well. She is very booked up so plan booking an appt early

I have known Dr. Tun for almost 20 years. She seen me, ky husband and kids... and in a rare emergency, dropped everything to even see my father-in-law. She is a terrific, thorough doctor and I would highly recommend her.

Personable, extremely skilled and flexible when the need arises despite how heavily scheduled she is.

Very disappointed. Very hurried appointment as if she had to catch a train. Did not give me enough time to even ask all my questions. I was told to come back for more problems at a different visit by the assistant. I cannot believe what is happening to the medical system these days.

I have been going to Dr. Tun for several years and really appreciate her composed, professional demeanor and medical expertise. She is the ideal combination of capable and kind. I highly recommend her for dermatological concerns and for cosmetic procedures. There is often a wait for appointments with her (she is high demand) but she is worth the wait!
