Dr. Kim: 5/5 | El Camino Health: 2.5/5 ​I came in and saw Dr. Kim for respiratory issues, she was super friendly and seemed genuinely concerned. She prescribed antibiotics, ordered an X-ray to be done at a different location the next day, and asked me to call immediately when it was done so she could review the results and let me know that same day. ​Unfortunately, El Camino Health's front desk was all over the place. Despite me calling immediately after my X-ray appointment and letting the receptionist know, then calling again the following day and being redirected to another branch, and then finally going in person to deliver the message, it seems Dr. Kim was were never made aware of my calls and messages. The male receptionist seemingly failed to pass any of my messages along, and I was left paying for an X-ray I never got the results for. Dr. Kim herself was fantastic, but the clinic's communication was quite poor

I was very disappointed with my visit. I came in because a rose thorn was stuck in my knee and my knee had become swollen and painful. I specifically asked for it to be found and removed, but after examining me, I was told that there was nothing there. When I got home, the pain and swelling continued, and I had to remove the thorn myself. This confirmed that the foreign object had been missed during the visit. I contacted the clinic and asked for a resolution and a refund, since the problem I came in for was not identified or treated. I was told they could not provide one. I am very dissatisfied with both the care I received and the way the situation was handled afterward.

Absolute waste of a trip in. I made an appointment for an xray of my knee, showed up way ahead of schedule and was told the “xray technician wasn’t in today.” The front desk person said he “would have called but he just got busy and didn’t get to it.” Ridiculous. Made an appointment elsewhere and was seen in a timely manner. Get better employees that actually care about people’s time and health.

Amazing team ! The doctor is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her work. Fernando was the medical assistant, and he was also fantastic! I had something go through my shoe and stick in my foot; they cleaned the wound, gave me a tetanus booster, drew some blood, and prescribed some antibiotics. As someone who hates needles, I didn't even notice them. Very professional, I will always come back here!

Definitely recommend this place thanks to the professional and kind staff. I was greeted by a receptionist but I missed her name. However the MA Maria was very kind and professional. She worked with Dr. Vasso and got me taken care of really quick. Definitely know where to go next time I'm feeling under the weather. Knowing I can walk in with health concerns and walk out feeling confident that my health concerns were not as bad is a great relief. Maria along with Vasso both gave me the relief I was looking for. My prescription was sent to pharmacy and was ready for pick up when I arrived. Knowing I can walk in and find myself with great dedicated staff is an amazing feeling. Keep it up

I had an exceptional experience with the Urgent Care Mountain View healthcare team and wanted to express my sincere gratitude—especially to Amanda, the medical assistant, and Euna Kim, NP! I was dealing with severe hives all over my body and called to make an appointment just before closing time. Unfortunately, my appointment was mistakenly scheduled at another location. I still went to the Mountain View clinic, arriving about 20 minutes before closing, feeling quite distressed and uncomfortable. Amanda went above and beyond to help me. She kindly called the another location to see if they could still accommodate me, even though it was already very late. She took the extra step to speak with the provider on-site to see if I could still be seen. Despite it being right before closing time, Amanda remained incredibly professional, empathetic, and patient. Her willingness to advocate for me and truly put herself in my situation made a huge difference when I was not in the best state to think clearly. Euna Kim, NP, was equally outstanding. She assessed my condition thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and provided prompt and accurate care. What stood out most was her kindness and calm approach, which made me feel reassured during a very uncomfortable experience. The entire process was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. It is not easy to maintain such a high level of care at the end of a long day, but this team truly exceeded my expectations. I am deeply grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Urgent Care Mountain View to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. Terrible predatory company "El Camino health" i'm not exaggerating when I say you're better off just figuring out how to take care of your own problem than coming to El Camino Health. No one that works here seems to care at all. The staff just do things like shrug and say whatever. If you come here, it's only the beginning of your appointment. I have health insurance. El Camino said they couldn't figure out how to get paid, so it was up to me to deal with it. The next six months you will spend hundreds of hours dealing with their billing. As they constantly slap on thousands of dollars in charges that you never agreed to or were part of your treatment. They will then challenge you to figure out how to get it removed from your bill.
