Dr Lin is super professional!! Highly recommended! Lots of tough time with new-born family, glad we have Dr Lin on the side.

Dr. Lin has been taking care of my children as their pediatrician from baby to teenager. He is competent, proficient, thoughtful and affectionate. He also knows how to fix joints. Although I didn't agree with him pushing for the HPV shot, he didn't further press it and respected my choice at last. There was a reason why my intuitive daughter wanted to see him instead of others disregard of my dissent with him about the vaccine issue. My recent visit made me appreciate him more when he and his office staff were very understanding, discerning, and did not interfere with our personal freedom in mask-wearing. His brief life story he told us was inspiring. He was very caring and considerate. Dr. Lin is truly a decent human and a kind soul. So grateful to have him take care of my babies all these years. I recommend him!

The staff at front desk is very rude with bad attitude. They asked us to wait outside even though it passed our appointment by 20mins. They said we were not allowed to stay at waiting area because my son was sick. When I asked how long roughly we need to wait outside, the staff said" I don't know just wait outside". She even said "I don't want to talk to you anymore." I won't go back to this doctor's. They don't have any respect or empathy for the patient.

My experience with this doctor's office was pretty bad. We waited over 1hr with an appointment. The front desk lady was rude and asked us to wait outside even though there were no other patients in the waiting area. They said we had to wait outside because my son was sick. The whole experience was frustrating and unpleasant. They don't care about the patients and showed no respect.

Have to give a one star because of his assistant. My child needed to get a vaccine before going to school. Called them they said doctor is all booked and they can't help. Instead of being helpful they blamed us for not going to them for the annual check-up. I do not need their blame, just need a solution.

Dr. Lin is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Both of our children have been in his care since 12 years ago. Our nervousness about our child's condition has always been greatly reduced after seeing him.

Doctor Lin is fine. The wait is super long (>1 hr) even with appointment made. They don’t have enough waiting area suitable for infants and the waiting can be extremely frustrating during COVID-19.

Very experienced professional pediatrician

We like Dr. Lin very much. He is experienced, knowledgeable and has great sense of humor. He is quiet and do everything precisely fast. He reminded me so much of the doctor I had in Taiwan.
