The new front desk lady is very polite, warm, and attentive — she makes people feel truly welcomed. In contrast, the one who has been here for a while tends to be cold and often rolls her eyes when talking to customers, which feels quite disrespectful. There was a time when she really ruined my impression of this place. I hope the store pays more attention to the quality of front desk service — after all, it’s the first impression for customers. I sent an email to the winkbeauty but never got a reply.

Tbh kind of meh. I went in for a facial treatment after a long time since my previous one. My aesthetician did not perform any deep cleaning during the session at all. The only thing she did was just applying a hydration mask without removal of any blackheads or whiteheads. How on earth can my skin absorb any of the hydration without proper cleaning? Not surprisingly on the following day my face was just as bad as before the facial. It is not a cheap session either!! 200 bucks down to nothing. Won’t come here again

Have been to Wink Med Spa for almost 3 years now. The staff are professional and friendly. Facials contain high end products and I’ve seen great results. my mother also enjoys the facial sessions and has been improvements in aged skin. The front desk Yuna is super helpful and thoughtful, never pushy to sell products or packages. Highly recommended.

This is for front desk service only. I booked an appointment two months in advance because I knew they are usually fully booked over the weekends. The nurse who is in charge of my appointment got caught up with something so they had to reschedule me. I understand things happen in life, so I asked the front desk lady if there are other nurses who are available at the same time; if not, who are available over the same weekend at any other time. Otherwise just cancel my appointment. Well, this lady kept suggesting Wednesday without even telling me the time, only the date. I told her “No, I can’t make it, I will be at work.” (turns out she was only offering Wednesday 1:00-3:00pm slots, which I have to ask her to get the time…) She then promised she will reach out to other nurses to see if they can fill in at my original appointment. Four days later I got nothing from her, so I texted her for updates. And she repeated all the above conversation with me 🙃 offering Wednesdays again, explaining why the nurse isn’t available, no updates, no compensation, no apology, just behaving like an AI that makes me want to type “Human representative please” I told her if I can take Wednesday work hours that no one else wants, I won’t have to make an appointment TWO MONTHS earlier. Well, she still has no regrets or apologies over her incompetence. So here I am on Google review. And this is not the first time. I have been with them for years, this somewhat new front desk lady just not clever enough to do this job. ——————————————— I had the same experience at RefinedMD. The nurse relocated, so they found another physician to fill in and made a phone call to me as soon as they have a plan. Giving me options to either maintain my original appointment with this physician or reschedule with anyone else in mind.

I especially appreciated their attention to detail, from the treatment process to the aftercare service, they prioritized customer satisfaction. Moreover, the products and technologies they used were top-notch, leaving me very satisfied with the treatment results. Thank you, and I will definitely visit again!

Loved that I finally got a chance to stop by this local skincare salon/spa. their specialty is hydrafacial, and if you have not gotten the hydrafacial yet you are missing out. This is a great local spot in downtown Mountain View. They are nice and accommodating and have great deals. Also some of the best skincare on the market.

The service here is very attentive, the staff is very nice, the environment is clean, very quiet, and it is very relaxing to have a facial here. Recommended.

My experience there was amazing! This was actually my first time doing facial. I also feel the level of knowledge in skin care that they have is incredible. They do have so many types of facials and giving you options for your specific need. My skin has been looking and feeling a lot better than before.

My whole body is relaxed with the gentle service. I can sleep during the whole facial treatment time. The environment is very quiet. I enjoy this moment very much
