My experience with Dr. Gussous was incredible! On the high recommendation of my physiatrist, I was able to make an appointment within the same week of my initial call. Dr. Gussous patiently explained my diagnosis and options for care without any undo fear or pressure. It was clear that I needed surgery quickly and he and his staff worked relentlessly with other providers and insurance to insure I was able to have the surgery within a few days—which I am convinced saved the function of my leg! He was in contact with me and my husband before, during and after surgery. Dr. Gussous (and his staff) were calm, warm, caring and patient—exactly the kind of doctor we all pray for—especially when you are feeling scared and desperate! I will be forever grateful for a successful surgery and highly recommend Dr. Gussous.

Dr. Gussous met with my wife and myself even after he had had a long day in surgery. It was after hours and he went over my mri and discussed possible ways to treat you pain.If I not seen him , I might have gone into a situation where my back would not be stabilized. I can't thank him enough for his going above and beyond to meet with us .He is an extremely caring person, and one that will probably aid in my recovery!Thank you!

My husband Joe just had major neck surgery and he only had a day or two of pain. The surgery was 6 hours, he was only in the hospital a couple of days and now has had his two week checkup and everything is moving forward extremely well!! Dr. Gussous has an excellent bed side manner, has answered all the questions we had and did an awesome surgery. Joe recommends him highly. Also his office staff is awesome!!

Dr Gussous gave me my life back!!! After being in excruciating pain for the past 7 months with Sciatic pain nerve I wasn’t able to walk, lay down or work. I was hating life. I was referred to Dr. Gussous, the moment I met him and his team, I knew that my life was about to change. I didn’t feel like a patient, I felt like family . They listen to me and cared for me. Dr Gussous and team went above and beyond even on weekends when they were off I was able to communicate with them. He preformed my surgery, I was given a second chance. I highly recommend Dr Gussous and the team!! They are my hero’s. Thank you very much!!

It's been two years since I've seen Dr. Gussous about degenerative discs in my lumbar. At the time I was desperate for surgery for the pain was unbearable but, instead of that occurring, I had been dismissed and had my mental health brought into it as though the pain were in my head. Less than a year after I have collapsed and had gone days without being able to walk before being given a temporary treatment through other doctors. I hope he never dismisses another patient again as I'm still living with this pain and would not wish it upon anyone.

From the moment I met Dr Gussous, Carla, and the entire spine team I knew I had found a real solution to the extreme sciatic related pain I was experiencing in my left leg caused by a life of high impact sports (Skiing, MTBing, marathons, triathlons, and soccer). I had surgery within a week of meeting Dr G and have been pain free since. While I plan to be kinder to my body moving forward, Dr. Gussous and the entire team gave me a new lease on life and for that I’m truly grateful.

My husband went to Dr Gussous when he was in extreme back and leg pain with an MRI. He was scheduled for surgery. Then he was better when we went for the pre op. So he ordered another MRI. This MRI shows a complete healing! We were elated to learn of the great news! No surgery! First we give thanks to God and second to Dr Goussos for keeping in contact with us and doing the right thing. We highly recommend him to anyone considering surgery. He is very knowledgeable and kind.
