Dr Tayyib is very professional and compassionate. She cares about your wellbeing. We worked on a plan for my mental health, recommended a counselor and a support group - and got to a point when she recommended I could stop taking medications! Which was wonderful.I enjoyed being under her care and the care of her team. I highly recommend her.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I had one of the worst experiences under this psychiatrist. Mental health in general is a very sensitive subject and field to work with which makes you think that your provider would ensure they're being extra sensitive and professional. This wasn't the case... working with her showed me how unprofessional she is and how out of line someone in this field shield be (honestly to be spoken this way in general). She told me if I was unhappy and too stressed to work with her (because I asked a billing question...) then to find someone else. Not okay to say and totally unprofessional/rude. In addition, this doctor doesn't care about ones health and helping you-she's there to prescribed you the strongest of the strongest of medications. She won't check up on you...but she will answer the phone when you need your meds filled. I would sincerely advise going somewhere else and get the quality care that everyone deserves.

Would not recommend whatsoever. My husband was treated by her for an issue he was having, put him on meds (few of them) that were way too strong for him even his primary agreed, advised him to go to group therapy sessions which he did go to a few and never went back as he did not think it was helping him.No one including this Dr ever called to see why he was not attending, but when he needed meds he would call the office and they would be prescribed over and over without ever once wanting to see him in the office.He finally quit the meds on his own as they were making him worse and not helping, to this day-not one phone call to even see if he is still alive...amazing.

Dr. Tayyib is the best psychiatrist I've had the pleasure of being treated by for lifelong depression. She is professional, thorough, very, very honest, has a great sense of humor and does her best for the patient, which I'm sure can be very trying. I would recommend her to anyone.

the worst behaviors of any doctor I have ever met.I saw her for a 2 month period in which she had me on over 1/2dozen meds.She is very stoic,cold&would interrupt me&say “let’s try this medication then...” &send me off as if she didn’t want to deal with me. had post pardum depression as well as all the meds she had me on.I was a mess.we had a falling out and she attacked my character.Now she sent a huge bill, after the front office confirmed ins. Covered it, so she’ll ruin my credit too. Avoid !

Dr tayyib will tell you the truth. Has greatly helped my family, i would recommend her anytime

If you are a Kaiser patient you do not receive any of the wonderful services that she offers besides tms. The person sits in the room with you, and no one really knows you. Your doctor doesn't know them either. Unfortunately, you end up feeling like you wasted a lot of money and time, and feeling even more confused than when you got there.

Doctor has been very helpful and also extremely caring. She is so dissimilar to other doctors I have visited. I have enjoyed every visit, however, minimal they have been. She has gotten down to the issues and my goals and we are working very well together. I would highly recommend her as a doctor to my family or friends which says a great deal. I look forward to continuing our work together and getting to know her better.
