If we could go somewhere else we would. This is now the 3rd time I have had to reschedule my 95 year old mom. The "appointment " was at 9:10am and there are 30 people ahead of her. I suspect ANOTHER hour and a half wait. I would re schedule but I'm certain it wouldn't be any better. The parking is horrendous, and the scheduling is done VERY poorly. The office is scruffy and the 3 Dr's she has seen are unprofessional, have poor bedside manner. The waiting room is PACKED- I had to wait outside.

The office and personnel were very professional and efficient. The technicians were very knowledgable and professional in there discussion of what they were doing. The doctors were knowledgable and had a good manner of explaining not only the problem but also making you aware of the risks.

I did some prior research to find a great Retina Specialist and was so pleased to have watched a video online with Dr. Samuel at the Murrieta Acuity Eye Group & Retina Institute that made me want to look no further.Although his practice is busy, it was well staffed and extremely organized. I had a very minimal wait prior to my appointment. Being a new patient, I felt he took the time to explain everything and was very thorough in the testing. I would highly recommend this Retina Group.

It was very simple to get my appointment. The lady was super nice and helpful. When I got there they immediately started my treatment . Everyone was clear and safe. The only issue is I forgot my sunglasses and the ride home was tuff.

Been coming for the past 5 years since my retinal detachment. Usually the wait is around 30+ minutes after appointment time before you're even taken back, which was fine. I went in for my last appt a week ago and waited nearly 2 hours before rescheduling and leaving, no explanation or apology from the staff. There wasn't even room to sit down because every seat in the waiting room was full. A lot of the patients here are elderly, and I could see from the log-in sheet that many of them had been waiting 3+ hours since before I got there. I overheard one of the employees telling someone that they were understaffed, but I don't see that as a good excuse; they should have rescheduled people, but I guess the business is too money-hungry. 3+ hours is way too long to sit/stand in a packed, stuffy waiting room wearing a mask. I am looking for a new retinal specialist as I do not wish to return here.
