Great staff working there always helpful and they answer the phone right away and a solid orthopedic doctor Erwteman who really cares about his patients he is a good skilled dr and had great bedside manner as well .

The receptionists and managers are extremely rude. They don’t acknowledge or take responsibility for their mistakes. After my surgery, they send the wrong fax 3 times to the clinic to request an MRI. They were faxing something else instead of the referral needed. I couldn’t schedule my MRI for 2 weeks and I was in excruciating pain. Without an MRI, I couldn’t schedule an appointment and they wouldn’t let me speak with Dr. E.. When they figured it was their fault, I complained to the manager. Instead of apologizing, she rudely said that I just needed to let it go and move on. I 1st gave this review 1 star but I changed it to 4 stars for 2 reasons: 1) Dr E. replied to my review stating he was going to address the issue with his manager. 2) Dr E is a great doctor with excellent bedside manners. I had a very successful ACL and meniscus surgery with him. I didn’t address the problem with Dr E. personally because 15 min doc appointments are a very short amount of time that I would rather spend on addressing my medical issues

I broke my hand over the weekend (embarrassed to state I was completely sober at the time!) I was able to see Dr. Erwteman same day!! That was pure luck and when I saw his CV (resume) after my appointment I was so happy to see how impressive his achievements were which lend tremendously to his competence in his field as a leading orthopedic surgeon!! Dr. Erwteman wasn't thinking about how to cash in on my case. In fact, he offered ways to save me money because it didn't require surgery. That in itself was incredibly inspiring (most people just want $$$), he is kind and patient with his patients and it shows in his conduct and attention to the patient and attention to detail. This is the Dr. you want if you need an orthopedic surgeon Dr. Erwteman is top notch!! His x-ray techs Sarah and Hannah were equally kind, caring, gentle, and empathetic. These ladies both work so hard and I appreciate all of their commitment to their private practice and their clients. Thank you ladies!! :)

it is interesting that many of the poor reviews are regarding the front office staff and not Dr Erwteman himself. I've had two experiences with him. One for my wife and one for myself. I was more than please with both. I think Dr Erwteman is top notch.

Worst receptionist I have ever come across. Answered my call, put me on hold for 20 minutes, apologized for the hold after 20 minutes and then put me back on hold. Very unprofessional staff..not going back here again.. **STOP wasting the precious time of the patients !**

Dr. Erwteman is truly a great doctor and I can say that because I have been an MD for the past thirty years. He diagnosed my shoulder problem and sent me to the best physical therapist in the area and that cured my shoulder problem. In fact, I now have more motion in my shoulder than I had before I developed the problem!!! Thank you Dr. Erwteman.

My wife waited 2 weeks for an appt. Showed up a few minutes late and was told by the doctor she'll need to reschedule. Where's the compassion. She is using a cane to get around so moving a little slow. I wonder what there world must be like where they never run a little late??? Karma, It's real... She will find another Doctor. Believe me when I say no one ever told her to come 30 minutes early! So your staff dropped the ball there. I'm amazed you or your staff have time to reply 42 minutes later to my review bt no time to see a patient. I guess that whole domino effect is one sided because if your late the patients are forced to wait but that's ok. But I guess that never happens...

Dr. Erwteman performed an ACL allograft surgery on my knee one year ago. He took time to explain everything thoroughly. From the nurses to the assistants in surgery center, everyone affirmed that this Dr was skillful, thorough and wonderful to work with. Rehab takes time and lots of PT work but I’m grateful with the counsel received from Dr Erwteman on how best to repair. At 64, I’m out biking and hiking and free from pain.

This office was one of the nicest offices I’ve ever been to. Entire staff was super friendly. Dr. Erwteman was also very kind and took plenty of time to explain everything to me. I felt like such a drama queen going in over a patella dislocation, but no one treated me like one. In fact, the Dr made it clear that it was a serious injury and gave me all the recommendations I needed. Same day care with all friendly people. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment.

I had both knee replacement surgeries I couldn’t have picked a better Doctor and staff! Don’t change a thing!
