Doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return messages, does nothing in a timely manner. Rushed appointments Rude front desk.

Dr. To is never in his oofice in Murrieta CA. His staff never answer the phone nor they follow up with medical issues. They DONT CARE

I started seeing Doctor To a little over a year ago and I'm very pleased with him and his Staff. Doctor To always calls me when I request a call back from him, he's personable and I feel he really tries to help. Kasandra and Priscilla have been instrumental in helping me to get the answers to my health concerns. I cannot say enough good about Doctor To's office staff. I've been having health problems for about 5-years now and I've seen several doctors before Doctor To that have demonstrated to me that they just don't care. I feel if you communicate with Doctor To and also care about your own health that he will do whatever he can to help you to feel better or get answers.

Staff has improved and is polite and very attentive. You might have to leave a VM message, but they will return your call. If you don't hear, back call again. They are busy in-office as I have witnessed by being there on numerous occasions in Feb. 2021. Doctor is through and explains health matters well. Very personable.

I have been a patient of Dr To Bryan for the past 7 years.I have received excellent  medical care he communicates clear and right to the point he make me feel like he always puts he's patience first he's very friendly.The staff is very friendly too when I call with any question I highly recommend.

I've been a patient of Dr. To's for a few years. I'm writing this, honestly, because the negative reviews are inaccurate. Unfortunately, some people love to gripe on Yelp, and I don't want my provider to be treated unfairly. I don't want the positives in his practice to go unnoticed. Dr. To deserves 5 stars. In comparison with every other primary care provider I've seen, Dr. To is absolutely the best. He gives a patient what each of us want from a doctor: time to be heard, have concerns genuinely cared about, and also have issues resolved. He listens to what the patient says. He doesn't shortchange a person for time and wants to get to the bottom of problems. After my visits I consistently feel like my health is his priority, and with his care I'll be okay. If I need a referral to a specialist, his staff quickly puts one in with insurance. Not so with unfortunately too many other doctors, where a patient wonders if they have been forgotten. Some reviews here mention office staff being rude. They are not rude they are extremely nice and polite but are busy. They give that same high level of care to every patient. They're professionals. My view is I'd rather have a productive call and visit, getting things really done, than have a nice chit chat with the staff where my care isn't important to them. This happens too often in offices. One lady that works with Dr. To has been with the practice for years. I once really thanked her for calling me back about something same-day. She told me she wouldn't be able to rest at night if she neglected to call patients back. Take the negative reviews for what they often are. Complaints without merit and sometimes merely a reflection of someone's bad day.  Again, Dr. To deserves 5 stars!

No one answers the phone All you can do is leave messages. You might get a call back or you might not. No medical office is that busy that they cannot return your call in a timely manner within 2 hours or pick up the phone Dr. To is a good doctor and this is not a reflection on him it is his staff that is the issue. Things have changed at this practice since early 2020 and it is not due to covid it is just poor business practice. Maybe some staff changes are in order?

Dr Sean and Brian To are just so amazing. They listen to everything you say and truly care about people. They are always there when you need them and have helped me tremendously. Thank you dr Sean and Brian to I recommend everyone I know to see you if needed and I hope you continue to be doctors because we need more like you. Staff is very kind as well and always cal back if needed and answers all phone calls.

Impossible to get an appointment in diamond bar. The Office manager, Karen? I believe English is very minimal. Lots of mix ups with prescriptions and things never ordered after seeing doctor. Doctor To is very nice however he is not very thorough.

Dr. To is such an amazing dr and is always right on the ball even if he’s busy.
