Is trying to get someone on the phone at the office part of the stress test…?

Arrived at 8:50 for a 9 am appt. 9:51 and still waiting. How do you fall so far being in the 1st half hour? Poorly run practice.

The place is very clean. The two girls Lorraine and Cynthia  were very nice and helpful. The supervisor Jennifer accommodated us for being late. I only gave  three stars due to; the fact of three prior cancellation on their part. I called a day prior to verify address. Ended up being the wrong one and caused us to be late.  The technician Nader had no customer service and was very dry. When he was finished he didn't say anything. I had to ask him if my mother was done and left all the gel on her didn't give her anything to clean off..

This review pertains to this group's Hemet and Murrieta locations. Condescending, dictatorial, uncaring physician. Rude  sums it up. Name is  aAttia. We have  been subjected to this group's garbage twice now. 2017 and this past june and july. The technician who was supposedly educated in the science of attaching ekg leads to my wife had to change the positions 3 times before she got it right. The doctor, Attia, was as described above-a condescending low life. He ordered  an echo to be performed on 7/22/2021. Ya think he may have bothered to call with results? when i asked for said results i was told i'd get a call back within a day. They are LIARS. Their post visit care is virtually nonexistent, their professionalism is suspect as can be evidenced by their undereducated technician and their abject failure to follow up on their procedures unless they've goaded to do so. I've been fortunate to have dealt with myriad physicians encompassing various medical disciplines during a 25 year caree of representing medical imaging equipment. i've never before encountered such negative interactions.  this little fart attia thinks he's napoleon. at least the 'short' part fits. neither my wife nor i wish to deal with these people again. enough is too much! i'll be reporting this group to our insurance provider.  go somewhere, anywhere else. you'll be better off for the experience!

I have not had a personal contact with a physician although having undergone multiple tests, including invasive procedures, all completed weeks ago. Office staff promises to e-mail prep instructions (3 preps) but even after calling and reminding them to do such, I have never received any. Now, weeks after the tests were completed, none of the results have been shared to referring physician or with me. This group has never returned my many messages asking what is happening.  My recommendation? Run away from here!

Be prepared to wait at least an hour + past your appointment. Staff was very nice and professional.  Not impressed with Dr would not recommend.

I have been getting the run around to get into a cardio rehab program. Calling the office can be a night mare. If you call in the last 20 minutes of their day some one will eventually pick up and put you on hold till they go home. The wait can be 10 minutes during business hours any way. The Drs are great but some of the office staff needs heip.

This office is horrible worst front office service in the valley. Dr. Messenger is amazing MD, but you are only as good as your office staff. Had an apt in March waited and never got to speak with MD called again set up another via telephone apt nothing. Made an apt for today 9/30 I called the office to confirmAppointment this morning 9/30 and was told yes MD would be calling between 9-12. It is now 12:19 they are out to lunch and nothing.Really people you don’t think we have lives too. Not the first, second, but third time and nothing. Horrible service I suggest you find another place if you can. This is one reason I do not do business in the valley. Flaky people !!!!

Am jealous of all you who wait hrs for the appt. Lucky you for getting thru the most awful phone system. Waiting in line for someone to answer only to be disconnected. Terrible service but must go here as only network drs approved. Can't wait until Jan, so I can change medicare ins. group
