When this place was pediatric partners there was better quality care for the pediatric patients. Office staff is unaware of what their policies are We'll tell you one thing on the phone and then when you get into the office will say another. I just once but multiple times. Their office is hard to find and their phone number does not even go to The office you need to call. Then when you 1st call you have to listen to English and Spanish without being allowed to make a choice and every number you hit the message starts over until you finally find out it's the # That will stop the time wasting answering machine they hand they have completely ridiculous unprofessional I don't think being a parent that anyone would take their children to a place like this knowing that there is a multiple reasons not too not just the office staff and thePhone number but the lack of care for the patient. This will be the last time I ever go to this facility I don't need to drive out of my way to come To a place where there is such a hassle just to be a patient it's not worth it and it definitely not worth the headache. When this place was pediatric partners there was better quality care for the pediatric patients. This review is for the front office. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. They do not care about you or your children. They care about money and that's it. When you walk in the door, they don't even look up from their desk. You sit there and wait until one of them says "I'll help who's next." Not even a hello. Called to set up a newborn appointment and gave them my insurance info. Never once was told they don't take my insurance. Show up to the first visit and give them my insurance card. Again, not told they don't take my insurance. Schedule a second visit for my newborn. AGAIN, not told they don't take my insurance. It wasn't until I got a bill for several hundred dollars that when I call they can clearly tell me they don't accept my insurance. In my opinion, it's a straight up scam and bait-and-switch. The doctors were great, but if you feel like dealing with incompetent money hungry lazy front office girls, go ahead. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY LIKE I DID.
Unhelpful and incompetent staff. Do yourself a favor and find another location because this one is awful.
There is no way to file a complaint with management at this location on the website so I will voice my concern on here. My family member who is established at Rady's Childrens Pediatrics & has been going to Dr. Nicole Goodwin for their care. This office has a receptionist named "Eva" who called 1hr before the scheduled appointment time to verify coverage. During this call she was very unprofessional & rude. Telling my relative in a rude demeanor "This is your responsibility mom!" Or "Well this is a courtesy call" while trying to obtain insurance information otherwise the physician is unable to see the patient. To top it off this same person was acting childish & rude at time of the arrival. It's not what you say, it's how you say it & hold yourself to an expectation especially to a company well known like Rady's. As a worker in healthcare the clinic should be aware to verify coverage before establishing patients to the care at the 1st initial visit. After each year, yes insurance may change but still, how could someone who works with patients especially for childcare be so rude?! I am not trying to degrade someone or have them fired but management seriously needs to hold this representative accountable for poor behavior who needs to re-evaluate her work ethics.
A couple of mad cows disliked my mask and told me I needed to change it. Nope. The next request was to turn it inside out. Nope. The next was for me to wait outside. Nope. I've been to several appts in that building with the same mask, resulting in zero issues. I was told the mask was obscene. That's subjective. Some Americans think that masking up for this Covid charade- and especially the children -is obscene. At best.
Excellent experience all around. 15 minutes early for an 11a appointment & out by 11:15. We love Rady's!
Dr Hamilton is amazing. Takes the proper time to understand patients. Caring, compassionate.
A family member told me about this medical center so I thought I'd try it out with my newborn and see if I liked it enough to switch my other kids over. I live in San Jacinto so it's about a 40 minute drive but worth every minute. I have never had an issue with any of the staff members. The physicians are amazing, My kids have seen Dr. Zacks majority of the time and she is so informative about what's going on. So glad I found this place for my babies.
With my first born, I didn't know we had to pick a pediatrician. However, at the hospital, Dr. Gaglani came in. She was very nice and I really liked her. The next day, another pediatrician came in (Dr. Vuong) and I immediately knew I wanted him as the pediatrician of my baby. He was very thorough in his explanations and took the time to answer any questions I had. I work very well with those who are straight with me, and he was. He was very professional, but also very relatable. It's been 2 years and he is our trusted doctor for our 2 kids. I would also like to shout out our amazing nurse May. We have been in numerous times over the past two years. May is always smiling and friendly. She goes out of her way to make my kids feel comfortable, even through shots. I had a different nurses on two occasions and they were NOT like that. I requested May as our nurse every time from that moment on. This past visit, Dr. Vuong was running late, so May came in to apologize and tell us he will be in momentarily. She just has the magical touch when it comes to customer service and nursing. From my husband: "This place should not hire any April's because May does not come second."
Absolutely ridiculous. Came in today for my sons 9 month well check. We already got rescheduled on their end. We go to check in and they say oh we tried to call you we need to cancel your appointment. We left you a voicemail. My husband and I both check our voicemails every single day. Not only did I not have a voicemail, I don't have a missed call. I can pull up my phone records happily. They said no one could see us today. I asked when someone called and they said Dec 3rd which makes no sense, because that's today when our appointment was supposed to be. Also, wouldn't you try to call multiple times even IF they left a voicemail. Obviously the person who called us lied or called the wrong number. On top of all that, I have TWO CONFIRMATION TEXTS for this appointment!!! I'm so glad we disrupted our sons nap schedule, and planned our entire day around this appointment just to have to reschedule for a second time. Not to mention the past three visits our doctor has been an HOUR late for our scheduled appointment, 40 min late, and 20 min late. Not ok what so ever. Be aware of the unprofessional behaviors at this office. I would go elsewhere and will be looking for a new pediatrician, which is a bummer because we really actually love our doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
