We recently started going to this hidden gem. They have really good pre-workout shakes and refreshing energy teas. I like the Zombie drink w pomegranate. It's light, refreshing, and gives me energy!! They use Herbalife products in some of their drinks, which I really like. I've used Herbalife products long time ago and it really works!! The staff are friendly and helpful and will ask you what type of drink you're going for. I brought my football player boy w me and they had concocted a special drink just for him (they said it was good for athletes). I recommend this place if you're looking for a refreshing and delicious pre-workout or energy drink.

Tasted like gum, we got the strawberry banana. It was mostly some type of powder. Wanted to like it.

Great meal shakes and energy drinks, such a unique store with a huge menu that makes nutritious eating easy. The staff is so friendly and the overall energy is very inviting. So happy I found this shop!

I saw this place advertised on Instagram. So I've been wanting to try this place for a couple of months now.Luckily for me I was working near by today. Well let me tell you.. Very nice and friendly, great customer service. The shake that I had was not disappointing one bit best I've had and low calorie a high protein a plus. The only bad thing about this place is that is far from my home.( Azusa) but will be back for sure.

Daily nutrition is THE best!! Their drinks are so yummy but what we love most about daily nutrition is their hospitality and love for their customers.
