Usually a pleasant visit at this office. The stuff that we encounter during visits are always nice and friendly. The issue is the referral coordinator. Every time we ask for a referral , we never hear back from the office and have to call multiple times to get an answer, with the appropriate wait time . This time it’s been two weeks. I of course had to contact Laura. She stated she just got notes (after two weeks) and didn’t submit anything yet! but we sat in the office while the Nurse practitioner typed up all notes together, again two weeks ago! She had an attitude and was very rude and unprofessional. While we were just simply trying to get an answer and I hadn’t even complained that its been two weeks. I don’t understand why people go into this profession if they are not willing to have compassion or speak to people in a respectful manner. Wait time is unexceptionable. Things get progressively worse before the referral even gets submitted!

Dr Black is a personable Internist with a wealth of medical knowledge. I've trusted him with my health for over a decade now and his Nurse Practitioner's are great too.

I had Covid. They refused to help me. They refused to give me an RX. I have friends who were in this condition and their doctors met them in the parking lot in order to help them. Not Dr. Blacks' office. Also to refuse an RX is horrrible.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Black for over five years. He and his staff are just the best. If it's difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Black, himself, it's no wonder; his care is exceptional and he is booked up for weeks and months. Not to worry, his PAs are tops too. Allison has since moved but Holly gives the same care and knowledge. They cover all the possible causes of a problem and symptoms. And they listen to patients explanations and questions. The office staff are great and cooperative. There is such a sense of peace in the office and among the staff. If you have to wait in the waiting room longer than you wish, it's because they don't rush patients in and out. When it's your turn, you'll get their full attention. Thank you Dr. Black and staff. Loved it. Everyone in the office, was amazingly friendly and very knowledgeable.

This office is amazing. Caring, compassionate and efficient. I brought my son home to California to recover from major surgery. He established care at Dr Blacks office... before the first appointment ended they had all of his records , ordered all necessary tests and made all necessary referrals to coordinate care for my son. They even arranged for home health visits. Allison and her assistant always call him back and never rush him out the door. I highly recommend Dr Black for ones primary care physician. They truly know how to coordinate care for their patients.

He's been my Doctor forever and i love him! He listens to me and helps me, don't ever want to go anywhere else! All staff is top notch!

Professional,easy to talk and I always get a promot call back

They have always been professional and I've never had any problems with any of them.

Dr Black himself is very good if you can get an appt with him, but his current and new RN is not great. Other staff in office are terrific!
