My daughter chose this group because of original ratings which were in the 4 star range. I cannot believe how unorganized and unprofessional this group is. My daughter has seen her doctor once! She has a very rare disease and was looking for support from having the same doctor. She’s had several, at least 4 or 5, appointments cancelled! ! The nurse practitioners and midwives have all been amazing, however the doctor is either “on vacation” or “changed her schedule”, not for birthing a baby!!! When she goes to reschedule, she never sees her doctor or an actual doctor, which means they can’t order certain tests for her. This office is a disgrace, and people should really think twice before choosing them as your group.

They’d change their medical group so they can be out of network and scam you.

Good luck trying to speak with someone or get an appointment. I have tried calling them for 3 days and they do not pick up EVER! I just need an appointment! So frustrated and contacting my doctor refer me somewhere else.

I asked the front desk if they sent my prescription over to my preferred pharmacy, she stated they did however the pharmacy didn’t receive anything. They never answer the phone and when you leave a message they don’t call you back.

My wife regularly spends 30 or more minutes after the scheduled appointment waiting to actually talk to the doctor (Thomsen) only to be rushed through the appointment by her impatient doctor. Treating her as if questions are an inconvenience. (She asked what hospital the doctor recommends delivering at…). Overall, the appointment was roughly 6 minutes.. definitely do not recommend personally.

Avoid if you can. They're booked out months in advance even for time sensitive testing and procedures. Every time I come here the service is slow, and my appointments are late. Ive showed up for a morning appointment (on my day off- booked months in advance) and after I waited for an hour in the lobby I finally went up to the front desk to ask why my appointment was running so late. They then informed me they'd have to reschedule for a late afternoon appointment. Absolutely INFURIATING. (Why not proactively tell me and let me stand in the waiting room so long?!) Another occasion I went in fully expecting to get a procedure done we'd discussed and when I got there they had an appointment set for me but no record of the procedure being done and no clean instruments that day to do the procedure. I then had to wait ANOTHER month to get it done. I once was on hold for 10+ minutes, heard them pick the line up, then they hung up on me (I called back but they were closed for an hour lunch break.) They also lack basic housekeeping Ex. On three separate occasions the bathroom in the back office area was out if toilet paper/ the specimen collection area is jumbled and unhygienic, and the chairs in the wait room are falling apart. When you do finally get to see a doctor, the services they provide seem thourough enough and they are knowledgeable, but you'll wait another month or more for follow ups. In short, find another OBGYN. I'm currently shopping for another and would be willing to drive CITIES away to avoid this dumpster fire health "care" facility.

After horrible service waiting hours past appointment times, and them never answering the phone I switched facilities and have requested my prenatal records be transferred for over two weeks I have attempted to call them 4 times and each time they do not answer after being unhold for 30 minutes each time if I could get zero stars I would

DONT GO HERE!!If I could give negative stars it would be negative 5 . This is by far the worst obgyn office I have ever been to . Trying to get pregnant and I have only had 1 appointment that I had to wait 2 and half months for . The front staff has no care about the patients. I can't get calls back or the information I need . I am timed medication and they don't respond so I miss my window . I have been waiting for another appointment for 7 months I have been canceled on twice.the day of and the day before now they want me to wait another month!!!! For an appointment. This is absolutely unacceptable in every way they all get paid to do a job and No one is doing it .what a shame 😔

The doctors are great. I had Dr. Thomson, who was wonderful. She was out for vacation during my delivery and Dr. Locasio delivered my baby and she was wonderful as well. The office is super busy and it is hard to get ahold of the front desk but that’s my only complaint. The care I received was great and both doctors did a phenomenal job.

i saw Debra Lebo i think she is an amazing doctor i felt like she cared about my situation she didn't try to rush through the visit it was great i also felt the staff was very nice and helpful
