Such a friendly, compassionate group of people.

Extremely unprofessional, I was scheduled for surgery upon arrival I was told that my procedure canceled. I was never notified despite the surgery being canceled last month. Golden triangle tried to place the blame on my physicians office when they were in the wrong, just beware scheduling a surgery here since they could cancel and fail to notify the patient.

I've had two procedures done here in the last 13 months and both were great experiences under the circumstances. From the receptionists, to intake nurses to discharge nurses everyone is so kind. They also were right on schedule for both procedures.

Great RN’s and support staff. Very professional and very clean facility. They were quick to get me up and walking from my knee surgery. They used minimal general anesthesia along with a spinal block and nerve block in my leg. I had a really good experience. Thank you !!

The staff was superb and caring. Christie, my discharge nurse, could not have been more professional and yet very humane. I give her 5 stars for explaining everything and making me feel ar ease. What a great nurse and employee.

I can't even begin to tell you how frustrated I am with this facility!! My husband had two kidney surgeries within the same year. We paid all of our bills but because they messed up in their billing department we ended up overpaying by $1,000 plus. They were calling both my husband and myself every day asking for more money until I pointed out the over payment, then I could not get anyone to talk to me. It has been, going on, 5 MONTHS since I have been trying to get my refund back!! I have been told two different times that a check was sent to our home, which clearly, it was not. I have been told that Jasmine, the Supervisor, would call me back, about six times and she has not. I have spoken to every employee in that office and have gotten nothing but the run-around! THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. Someone needs to learn how to do their job!!

My experience after the procedure was unprofessional and confusing. When I became conscious I noted that a young man was placing on my top garment and then immediately placed me in a chair to be taken out to my car. It is frightening when you have no idea who dressed you or the process of being dress. I have never in my life experience this non caring attitude after surgery or a procedure of this sort. I should had been conscious and had a choice to dress myself or if I need assistance to have had a choice for a female assistant or nurse. The only concern appeared to be rushing me out of the facility to my vehicle and person awaiting me.

Had Kidney Stone Shockwave surgery. The procedure went perfectly, on time with very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating staff. Dr. Connor Urologist from Tri Valley Urology was very capable, friendly and a perfect pick to perform this procedure.Very happy overall.Special shout out to Neal (attended to me in recovery). Neal was excellent at explaining thing, very friendly and efficient. He was there when I opened my eyes after surgery until he helped my wife get me to the car. Can't say enough good things about him and the rest of the staff.!!! Location was cleaned with a well oiled team.

Great experience. Had a knee replacement through Temecula Orthopedic, Dr. French, who scheduled surgery at this facility. The staff and nurses were outstanding in every way possible. Caring, pleasant and totally professional and empathetic. Check in was quick and surgery was on time. I had no less than 2-3 nurses by my bedside before and after surgery. A special thank you to Paula Faucheux, who went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and even made calls to my rehab people to make sure they were scheduled. The only negative I have is to insist you stay overnight at least and don’t get discharged the same day. I had issues with pain no meds to handle my pain. The next night was better.

My after surgery experience there was very poor. They were only concerned with getting my bed available for the next customer. Very little concern for my well being. Find somewhere else to go.
