Graybill Medical Group - Murrieta Office's Online Review Report Card

From joy to disappointment and then frustration. I was grateful to have been given an appointment to be seen for a calf injury but that joy was quickly turned to disappointment and frustration. I did my part by completing my documents online and arriving 30min early. Was shown to the room 15 min before my scheduled appointment but from that moment on sure disappointment and I left after being in the clinic 1hr and not being seen. Time is precious and I took time away from my daughter who just got out of ICU at UCSD Medical Center to be seen here. I had an existing 3pm scheduled phone conference that I could not miss so I left at 5min till 3pm and 40min after my schedule appointment. Mind you I'm a new patient. I will not be coming back to this office if this is the way they treat their new patients. I can only imagine how they treat their existing patients. Office manager needs to do a better job at keeping providers on time with scheduled appointments.

When into this facility for a doctor visit in order to get a referral and I literally waited 45min because the doctor had another patience, even though I had an appointment with him at a certain time. What are we doing?? Need to fine a better facility for my future appointments.

I've been Dr. Oliver's patient for over a year. I really like him, he has been very kind, attentive and thorough. The staff at the office, on the other hand, are not fully competent. I was unfortunate to needing a leave of absence due to illness, and have struggled to get all the paperwork from my job filled out properly and timely. I have called and left messages multiple times attempting to get things corrected and filled out, but was consistently ignored. I had to elevate it to the Manager, and got some sort of a response, which again was not what I needed (the form was completely incorrect, they lost several faxes I sent them etc.). This has been the most frustrating experience, to say the least.

I've been a patient of Graybill for about 7yrs and a patient of Dr. Mario Oliver for about 5yrs. Their staff are amazing, I'm always seen in a timely manner. Dr. Oliver is "The Best!" He listens to your concerns, very nice, and very thorough. He's the best the doctor I've ever had. I referred some friends to him and their super happy with him.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Matta last week and she was amazing. Took quite some time with me and I felt she was quite thorough and friendly. I saw Fernando Quezada the PA today at the last minute and I have to give him tremendous kudos as well. So helpful and knowledgeable! Amazing staff all the way around, thank you all!

Fantastic drs and PA Fernando Quezada and staff kind caring. Definitely the best group to see.

Dr. Mata is the best doctor I have ever been to. She knows what's wrong before she even touches you. I am proud to have her as my primary doctor. Very intelligent. Thank you so much doctor.Also nurse Irma is caring and listens to what you say and always comforts you no matter what the situation is. Thank you so much.I believe great people should be recognized for the awesome job they do and the great service they provide. Thank you to the entire staff.

During my first appointment today, I was so happy I found Dr. Matta!  She is a splendid physician! She is focused, knowledgeable, patient, kind, straightforward, and extremely intelligent. I appreciated her leadership and assurance when she took command of my care immediately, and set up appropriate testing and necessary scans.  My first appointment with her gave me every confidence in Dr. Matta and in her attentive nurses.
