Great DR. Has a good team and his electrophysiologist DR Contracture really a cut above. Wait times can be long. Bring a book or your phone. Not always a long wait but I wish, if it was going to be a long wait, the receptionist would offer a reschedule. My mom is alive because of DR Lu.

Doctor Lu looks at the whole body and person. Not just the heart. He truly cares and takes time with you. He never is in a rush. When my Wife was in ICU for a non heart related matter, Doctor Lu found out and came in and checked on her regularly. To my surprise he was completely aware of her treatment and even explained to me in layman terms what was going on. He is the greatest.

Dr. Lu is caring and takes time to listen and thoroughly explain treatments and medications. He responded to my mild chest pain complaint with testing, and stents that treated my 99% blocked Widow-maker. I can honestly say Dr. Lu saved my life.

DR. Lu is amazing. I know my health is in good hands and I feel at ease knowing he is my Doctor. He communicates at a high level... He takes his time to answer all my questions.. He goes out of his way to follow-up with me.. He genuinely cares. I highly recommend Dr. Lu.

My husband and i are his patients for the past 8 years. His care is the reason we are not moving away. His patience is endless, his diagnosis correct and his explanations clear. We are grateful.

The lady on the phone was extremely rude from the moment she picked up the phone because I wasn't able to till her why my pcp referred me to their office. Instead of guiding me through it, she continued to give me attitude. And she took my insurance card only to put me on hold for at least 15 minutes then told me she didn't even call my insurance to find out if they are in network with them. And continued with attitude till she hanged up. Smh

Dr. Lu is one of the few doctors that actually takes the time to listen to my symptoms. He asks many questions after each one is described, so he can get a more accurate picture of what I’m experiencing and how to treat it. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lu if you have any cardiovascular symptoms.
