I went into the doctor to have him look at my left knee that was giving me such terrific pain he injected my knee and that fix my problem and I highly recommend this doctor I recommended my 93 year old dearest friend and we're going to the to the doctor to have him look at her knee... I highly recommend this dr. I trust him completely

If I could give this office a "zero" star, I would. My first appointment with Dr. Jercinovich was on April 12, 2022. He spent 5-minutes with me and said I likely had "IT band" syndrome. Wrong diagnosis. I then went again on Sept 13, 2022 after doing my own desperate research and told Dr. J. I believed I had a "torn labrum." He acted as if I was offending him with my suggestion. After trying to convince him to please allow for an MRI rather than physical therapy (which is what he was suggesting), he agreed on the MRI. As I'm leaving the office, the receptionist tells me, "You will have to wait to get an authorization in the mail from your insurance for the MRI." I said ok and left. Because I already had lost distrust in this practice, I decided to call back two days later to make sure they had sent the request to my insurance. Guess what? They hadn't. The woman said, "I will let the referral coordinator know to do this. She's been very busy." Oh, I'm sorry, it's only my leg, not a big deal. I politely said ok and assumed they would send it right away. I call back a few days later to follow up and they still had not sent it to my insurance. A different receptionist answered and says, "We actually don't have to send it to your insurance. Not sure who told you that. I'm looking at your referral right here in your file, we just have to send it to imaging." It took everything inside of me to not to take out my frustration on her as I knew it would be pointless. She tells me it only takes a few minutes to send and I should hear from the imaging facility directly to schedule. The next day, I did hear from Temecula Valley Advanced Imaging. I finally was able to schedule my MRI for Monday, Oct 10, 2022 at 5pm. On Friday, October 7, 2022 at 4:30pm I get a call from TVAI telling me I needed to contact the referring physician because the referral that was sent to them was "incorrect." Incorrect??? I asked the woman to please explain. She proceeds to tell me your referral has a code of 73722 which is for an MRI "contrast of hip." We don't do that. We need a code of 73723 which is for the correct imaging you need. I explain to her that because it's Friday, I'm certain Dr. Jercinovich's office is likely closed and I know I wouldn't be able to get them to resend a correct referral before my appointment on Monday. She then tells me, "We have been trying to contact his office for days and that's why we're reaching out to the patient." So she had no choice but to cancel my MRI for Monday. I know there are worse things in life than this situation. I know this. But to have a practice behave so careless and perform so poorly is frustrating. I want everyone to know if your PCP refers you to this office, be weary. I will send this letter to my PCP also in hopes that they find a different area orthopedic specialist to refer patients to. An office that actually cares.

After three follow up calls to them, the MRI referral never made it properly so a month later, I still haven’t had an MRI. Imaging tells me they can’t schedule me because after repeated attempts, dr. Jercinovich’s office has not sent over the correct referral codes. I’ve asked my PCP to PLEASE refer me to another ortho specialist but was told because he’s contracted with my insurance, they can’t. I will be letting my insurance know about this Dr. and hopefully something will be done.

Save your time save your money!! No help other than telling me to take pain medication. No empathy whatsoever. Sad that this is what we get for health care :(

Dr. Jercinovich did not care at all. He talked to me for a second and was done. The office also over charged me. I spent over an hour on the phone with my insurance company only to find out they over charged me and they were only supposed to charge a $20 copay not $100!

The girls at the front are rude and unprofessional.

Dr Jercinovich took great care of me. I had a hip replacement surgery and it went well. He answered all my questions and concerns and I would definitely recommend him.

I've been in increasing pain from RA and a severely damaged knee... Bone on bone. I finally decided to get information about knee replacement but Jercinovich not only didn't give me information he said only one thing - lose weight. He was dismissive and condescending. I'm actively looking for a new doctor.

My dad has been suffering from osteoarthritis for a few years now. We waited months to finally be referred to a specialist. We were quickly disappointed. There are Drs. who really sympathize and care. Others who really don’t show that they do. I told Dr. that with the amount of pain my dad was in he wouldn’t be able to keep working. His response was “Well he will just have to find a job he can do”. At our appointments I almost had to get the words out of the Dr. he hardly spoke to us as he went in to check the knee or whatever he was doing. Any question we asked seemed like an inconvenience. Getting knee injections set up took us two months. I would call them to ask for an update and they would give me the number to the pharmacy. The pharmacy told me twice that the Drs office had not sent the prescription over. This went back and forth for two months. Also when I called to ask the receptionist a question and mentioned that I wouldn’t be able to go in this time to help translate she said they would have to move the appointment! As if they always have so much to say to my dad anyway. My dad had been in pain all week and was really needing these injections.. To want to cancel an appointment for this reason was absurd. Again, making us feel as patients like we were an inconvenience. We will be looking for a new place to go.

I broke my wrist 6/16/20. My cast was placed on 6/18/20. This cast was very lose and was replaced 6/25/20 by the same assistant in the exact same way. I could slip out of the cast. I couldn’t stand the pain anymore and had it removed at only 5 weeks I was in a much pain that I felt nauseous and was in tears. Dr said I had no reason for pain. I had to buy my wrist splint to transition to not having a cast. I’m now seeing my pcp for my wrist which hasn’t improved. This dr was not my first choice and I knew nothing about him had I known, I would have either waited or driven back to San Diego to see a dr with a better reputation. My wrist is in constant pain even with pt exercises. Ice not heat nor elevation turn off the pain.
