Service is awesome but when it comes to ordering glasses or contacts they take over a month with no communication...you can get them online to your doorstep in less than a week

I love love Dr Geller! He has been my doctor for over 20 years and I trust him completely! Friendly staff too.

This is a great practice. The staff was very efficient at getting ne an appointment within a day of me calling, which is extraordinary! The Doctor really did a great exam, was gentle, and explained everything he went through the exam. The experience overall was a 10. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I'm giving another star after I was able to contact Veronica, the Optical manager (who floats between several offices). Working directly with her I was able to smooth out my issues, but I will state that I got a very chilly reception every time I showed up for my glasses and asked for Veronica. My husband said staff was more cordial to him. I'm hoping this bad experience was a one-off, since I really like Dr. Geller and appreciated Veronica's work to get my glasses right.

Well based on all the extremely negative reviews I will take this place off my list of possible options in my search of a good Opthalmologist. Whatever happened to good customer service and professionalism. Sad!!

I had an appointment for a cataract issue. The receptionist was most pleasant, greeted me and helped me check in.My wait was not long and i was seen at my appointment time. I was taken through a number of vision and eye health exams. The staff was professional and attentive to my questions.Dr. Tew was thorough and very knowledgeable. He discussed my situation with simplicity in terms i understood. We came to an agreement as to the next steps. I am confident in my decisions because of my treatment from Dr. Tew and the staff.I met with the scheduler, she was friendly and affable and we were able to work out a schedule for my procedures.I highly recommend Dr. Tew and the Inland Eye Specialists.

I have had great experienced with the Drs.  I see Dr. Johnson every six moths and have seen Dr.Larson and Dr.Mcdermott.  The only reason I am giving 2 stars is due to the office staff. I just got off the phone with the call center because I needed to reschedule my appointment. The lady on the phone said there was a billing hold on my account and I needed to clear it before my appointment could be changed. She transferred me to billing and I was told there were no holds on my account and I should be able to make adjustments to my appointment. They said if there were any issues the office could contact them. I called the office back and somehow I ended up the the same lady. She continued to have issues. I asked her to call billing, but she would not call them because she said that she was in the call center and there was no need to contact them.  I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said that no one was available. I then asked to speak to anyone else and she wouldn't transfer me. She was not willing to help me at all. So I hung up on her and called back.  I ended up speaking to Tina. She was able to speak to her supervisor and reschedule my appointment.  If the first lady was willing to help me out and try the figure it out things would have gone smoothly.
