Banned me for disputing co pay fee lol!! And then called me to harass me back lol! Its like the Seinfeld episode “soup nazi”, “no gyno services for you EVER” . Office lacks etiquette, professionalism and managment. There are so many gyno options though, thank God. I do not recommend.

My experience with Dr. Neal has been awesome he was my OB Dr. For my 4th child I still see him for my yearly paps. He is professional, understanding, sympathetic and very calm he explains everything to the T. He also preformed a leep procedure on me and iv been cleared ever since I'm very thankful 🙏and satisfied with him I totally recommend him to anyone !

The Murrieta office is awful, as a new patient I was treated like was irrelevant. I wanted to cry. The ladies at the front desk don’t care about the patients . Dr James Neal needs to train his staff pertaining respect.

Dr. Neal was fantastic, knowledgeable, and really listened and thoroughly talked through issues I'm dealing with. The office staff were all very nice and welcoming. Even in the time of COVID when emotions can run high, the office seemed very relaxed and professional. I would highly recommend.

We summited paperwork to switch and was missing a test. Was told to grab the other test, and bring it in. If she wasn't high risk Dr. Neal would have no problem taking her on as a new patient. Actual words were "love to have you"... Which got my wife's hopes up. Well a couple days later we brought the test into them, all seemed well. Couple days after that we received a call, we thought it was to schedule appointments... They called to deny or drop or whatever they did, because they are "too busy" now. Nothing but a waste of time running in circles, only to be told there was never a chance of being accepted because already being overbooked...

First visit Dr Neal is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. Staff was nice too! Its important to be able to have a good relationship with your health care providers., it seems hard to come by these days. I highly recommend this office.

My wait time in both the waiting room and the exam room was short. Dr. Neal is caring and concerned, friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of service. The staff provided excellent professional and courteous care. Highly recommend Dr. Neal!

Dr. Neal is very personable, courteous and professional. He takes time in explaining medical finding and the next course of action and answers any and all questions/concerns, you may have. I feel completely comfortable in his care! Highly recommend! Also, his office staff is always very nice and respectful... GREAT DOCTOR AND STAFF

Dr. Neal and his staff are highly professional, attentive, informative, respectful, and caring!!! I will always continue to choose Dr. Neal, for anything needed! He's been my doctor my last two children, and currently pregnant with 4th baby.
