I had to change my network from a PPO to IEHP and did not know what to expect when changing doctors and needing referrals. Doctor Fannin is super friendly kind and understanding. She listened to my concerns and took the proper actions to follow up. Her as well as the office staff communicate on a high level through various media available and in a very timely manner. They also have an online portal available where you can see all your information as well as test results. Im so relieved I came here

Ive been going to this office for a few years now. They are so nice and helpful. Currently I am seeing the PA Alisa and she is amazing. So caring and helpful. I no longer dread going to the Dr.

When handling Veterans and veteran Spouses who have served in the military this place is terrible and very unprofessional. Not only did the CANCEL our appt but never Reached back out with an explanation. During a pandemic when handling the health of the public this place is not a good place to rely on.

First experience as a patient of this Doctor and office was a pleasant one

Dr. Ayala is a very kind caring and personable doctor. I have had only great experiences with her and her staff as well. I feel very blessed to have her as my doctor because in this day and age its hard to find a good doctor you can depend on and rest assured that you are always in good hands for issues big or small. I highly recommend Dr Ayala.

Businessdriven individuals. Ive submitted a complaint tru The Department of Managed Health Care. On their findings response Anthem stated that once Primecare processes the claim Dr. Ayala’s office will reimburse you for any amount you overpaid.To this day one year after this office still has no intention of helping a patient. Dr. Ayalas office should focus on providing service to patients and not to insurance companies.

Do not choose Dr. Ayala as your primary care physician at this location.  I do not often visit no need but it is a terrible experience when I do.  Dr. Ayala has been my primary doctor for over 5 years and I have yet to directly meet or speak to her directly.  She had a good PA the only reason I stayed then they hired some guy that changed my prescription rosacea over the phone.  The new prescription had damaging results and they have not returned my call to change it back.  Also you would not know this is a primary care physician looking at their website.  Murrieta Primary care shows Hormone Replacement Weight Loss Skin Treatment Fillers Injectibles and Cosmetic practices and the services they provide...is that genuine primary care?  Stay away.

The clinic is clean the staff is attentive and Dr. Ayala is caring and professional. We are blessed to have her as our Doctor.

Staff was super friendly and very informative and straight forward on all information it was my first time and felt really nervous but they made me feel very welcomed Dr. Ayala was also very attentive to everything I told her and gave me and amazing check up. Definitely would recommend

Staff was very rude. Michelle refused to schedule me because she did not want to verify my insurance. She said I had to call and get authorization prior to her scheduling me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and instead she hung up on me. I was very diappoin because I was making my first time appointment here. I immediately changed Drs. After the staff was very rude and unprofessional.
