Dr. Crisell help me with my bladder issues. I did not know what was going on, but she was very patient and went over my condition thoroughly. I would highly recommend Dr. Crisell.

Dr. Crisell is amazing! I recommend her to anyone who needs a urologist. Between her training and experience, it doesn't get any better than Dr. Crisell. In fact, all the physicians at TVU are excellent. They are busy for a reason--they're the best group in Riverside County. When you are in they're offices, they treat you like family.

Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone go to this unethical office. Regardless of the reason for your appointment, you will be told you have to get an ultrasound on your bladder because "that's what we do here" and later billed for it without your consent. You are not advised on any paperwork of the need for this procedure or that you will be billed for it. This is an office that is solely interested in running up procedures to make a dollar. What's worse, they are clueless and incompetent in actually addressing the actually reason I was there. Go elsewhere, trust me...

Dr. Monisha Crisell is an incredible surgeon and human. Her care and concern are genuine and I believe she is a top expert in her field. The practice has and incredible number of employees who are all very kind as well. Great, efficient and thorough patient care all the way.

While getting someone to answer when trying to make an appointment is a practice in patience, they have a fantastic staff, overall. They were kind and professional and very informed. I’m so pleased to be under the care of Dr Crisell.

After more then 20 years of difficulty with urination, getting up multiple times at night, due to an enlarged prostate. Dr. Crisell performed a TURP procedure on me April 1, 2021 Not only was it successful, it was life changing! I express extreme gratitude and thanks to Dr. Crisell and all at Tri Valley Urology

Dr. Crisell performed my radical nephrectomy in 2007. She is calm and kind, well-versed in her profession, and so patient. I feel like her skills are second nature to her, she just knows her stuff! I continued to see her for my follow-up care for years after the surgery to make sure my scans kept clear. Then, my insurance plan was discontinued and I did not get to 'keep my doctor'. I miss her care terribly. I even contacted the urology group she is part of and asked to pay out-of-pocket to see her, and was told it was not possible. If you are fortunate enough to have Dr. Crisell, be grateful, she's a stellar doctor.

I'm tough with reviews and understand how waiting in an office is difficult. But I remember it's more important than waiting at a restaurant. Most doctors really don't have control over how late they are with regards to their schedule because they don't make the schedules. Dr. Crissell has always taken all the time I needed to fully explain my treatment options. And that is far more important than waiting a bit of time for an appointment that may be tardy. And I did have a small difficulty with staff. In the bigger picture of life, i realize how good my treatment from Dr. Crissell has been. I've been there 5 times in the last few years.
