I don’t know about how the doctor may be with patients BUT about the service when you call them is the worst, put you in HOLD for ever and ever anytime of the day any day of the week I been trying any week of the month …. So I guess I am not having my colonoscopy as required by my primary care doctor…….I had to check reviews and I am not the only one having same receptionist problem here I see ….

This is the absolute worst office I have ever dealt with. They will leave you on hold and forget about you. They do not care if you are having trouble with your insurance. They do not show any help to empathize with you in anyway when you need their help. Think twice before you deal with them. I have been cancels on 3 times in a year and a half with no warning. If you go here your condition will no doubt turn into an emergency because they do not care about you.

I Loved Dr Ragu... Very thorough! Office staff rude and unprofessional. Having personal side conversations while making patients wait til their conversation was over before they assisted them. Very loud talking using lots of vulgar SLANG Spanish words thinking the patients waiting won't understand them.

Very rude staff! It took many attempts to get the appointment. They don’t answer the phone! I finally got the appointment for six weeks from the day they finally answered the phone and then when I came to the appointment they said I didn’t have one! I wasn’t even in the system (so they said… smiling rudely). They claimed they had called all the people with appointments for the day. No apology whatsoever.. very rude office people… no manners!

Not sure how this Dr stays in business. First I got a referral from my Dr in August. So I got an appointment in October. I thought this for colonoscopy. No just for Dr to see me first. Then had a colonoscopy scheduled today December 6. So I went through all the prep (as many know no fun) and go to where I'm to have procedure done. I get there and they say they have no information of my scheduled colonoscopy. I go to Dr Ragu office to ask what is going on. They gave flimsy excuse the billing department never got OK from my medical provider. They never contacted me this and I'm not on schedule for colonoscopy. Now they want to schedule another. Lesson learned always confirm several days in advance.

HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF!!! Dr Ragu takes forever to call you back to discuss your results!!!! The rudest office staff ever!!! Find another Dr and office to go to!!! They have no patient care at all..

Dr Ragu has been my doctor for 10 years now, I can’t say enough good things about him, he is very knowledgeable, thoruall, compassionate and listens attentively, I fully trust I’m in good hands with him. Also his office staff is also very professional and friendly, I have never had any problems with scheduling or long waits, I would highly recommend Southland GI and Dr Raghuwanshi

Dr Raghuwanshi's office rescheduled four times and the fourth time they asked if we could come in at 9 instead of 10, (not a problem). Show up at 8:30 and the place is already full and nobody in the office has any idea who rescheduled us for an hour earlier. Checked with the front desk at 9:45 and were told that we were next. After being there for three and a half hours, check with the front desk again and that is when we were finally seen. By the time everything was completed and time to go home it was 2:30. Six hours for what should have only taken two and a half hour tops. When we asked who was the manager/responsible for scheduling appointments, we were told that everybody was. There may be the problem when nobody knows what the other is doing and nobody is managing the scheduling. Unprofessional, incompetent staff, with no regard for anyone!
