List of Philip Brodak's Reviews
the worst customer service I have ever encounter, they will put you on hold for at least one hour and the worst part you cannot even make an appointment, they will tell you they will call you but they never will. I will never recommend them.
Worst experience in front desk. Rude, uncaring, and tried to address it with Dr. Philip Broadak, and he refused. The attitude in this office as bad as … you can name it.Suggest any, with bad experience to address it with Medical Board of California.Based on The law named “ Grand Gather Clause” once you are established with a doctor, it is illegal to reject the patient insurance. This is important fact for patients to know it and pursue legal actions.
The worst experience with Dr, Brodak, taking no responsibilities for his office staffs, they are rude from top to bottom Of management, I tried to address it with him yesterday and he did not show up to take responsibilities. I find him discriminatory and greedy for insurances and fees. I have been in their office over a decade and my insurance has covered 100% always. If a doctor collects all his charges and Medicare pays 80% of it for sure and asks for more , lacks knowledge, means this doctor is for business transactions! Not for patients. I am having by pass surgeries and brain tumor and cannot change doctors very often, this man has responsibilities and is out of it! I am so upset that I feel have heart pain. A doctor must be a healer not hell of experience for a patient. Please read other reviews, it says a lot! And I sure consider reporting him to Medica Board of California.
This review is about the front desk. The girl that took my call had no manners. First when you call they are telling you that due to covid they have a high call volume. Which make no sense, why would covid increase the call volume when the Doctor is not a primary doctor but rather a urologist. Then they tell you to leave message if you are a new patient. Leave message no one call you back, if the office is so overwhelmed why are they accepting new patients. My insurance group send an aprove authorization for this Doctor. I called because the authorization is only good for a period. I leave a message the next day no call back. I called the following day, the girl on the other end said she heard the message i left. So they are listen to new patient messages and not calling back. Then she start to ask me why was i referred i told her but then i ask if she never got the information. she then start to shout at me and said ,"no she is only go after the message i left and i didnt leave any detail information". I bite my tongue so hard at that moment because i wanted to give her a piece of my mind but then i remembered my son health is important. I know for a fact that Alpha group send over the referral but because she is lazy she did not take the time to look it up. Instead of making the appointment on the spot i have to wait another three business day for some coordinator to call back.
I have been going to Dr. Brodak for three of years. His office in Fallbrook is efficient and very helpfulHe takes the time to answer questions and I do not feel rushed. While luckily I have not had anything serious, he has chedked out whatever has shone up. Fallbrook is a very small office, but it is clean and the wait time has been small.I am taking the time to post this, because its to easy to complain, but we often forget to thank good service. He is professional, works with me to make sure there is a follow up.
I know Dr. Philip Brodak for at least 23 years and Dr Brodak is the best Urology , I highly recommended him.
I found Dr. Brodak very thorough and easy to talk with. He explained my condition and what was to be expected. He order an important diagnostic test and contacted me very quickly with the results. The whole staff we’re knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. I will his patient
I been seeing Dr. Brodak for about a year now, having two issues he has worked on. I found him to be very nice, explained the whats and whys of things. He answered my questions and I didn't feel like I was rushed. When he felt Medication would be of benefit, he provided me with a coupon card that knocked $20 off my Meds. All in all I don't see where you could do any better than Dr. Brodak.
Dr. Brodak and staff are very courteous and sympathetic to how you are feeling! I've been going to him for years as he was the only doctor that properly diagnosed me when other doctors couldn't seem to figure it out!!
Brodak told me I had prostate Cancer that spread to the bone. Told me my co pat was 1000.00 for 2 shots to be given at once. He would not take payments and told me to come back when I had the $. God Awful person. So go to UCSD or the VA,

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
