List of Rancho Family Medical Group- Murrieta's Reviews
MA's are helpful however the physicians take a very long time to see you. I had a time allotted and it's very aggravating that they expect you to wait beyond that time. I was late to work and wasted an hour and wasn't even seen by Dr. Bernardo.
Every time I call the office I’m on hold for 15 min or more. They charge the same for a phone consultation with a nurse as a doctor visit, the price $300. I’m looking for another dr.
Would rate zero if you can. The whole Rancho Family Group is dis functional. Months to get simple appointments. Doctors roll through this organization I guess until they can get their training wheels off. Been with them for over 20 plus years, I just have begun my search for a new provider. If you like virtual doctors and chat this might be the place for you. If you are looking for serious doctors you might look elsewhere. I think it is just a cash cow for Regal Medical Group. A lot of lipstick but no pig. Walt Lange
Another one of the worst Doctors in the Area. I guess it’s good when you make so much money that you can refuse to see patients. Dr. Rome Walter and this office has poor service and shouldn’t be in service to veterans at all. I had been waiting for this appointment for 4 MONTHS just to be refused. This is ridiculous and if he doesn’t want to serve Veterans, he should remove them from his patient list of availability. Or maybe he does like veterans as a whole but didn’t want to serve this colored veteran 😢
Dr Bernardo is a Professional physician provides excellent care for her patients.
I would give zero star if i could. I called the Cal oaks office 2 different times before the appointment and talked to 2 different staff to make sure if they accept my new insurance. Both ladies said yes. We went in for the appointment and showed them the new insurance card, made sure AGAIN with another staff if our insurance was good and paid $45 copay. My daughter was seen for like 10min for her well check. Now we are stuck with a bill for over $570 for 10 min visit. I called the billing dep and they said they couldn't do anything for me and $570 was due. I guess this is how they make money at this office.
Drs Miller are both fine doctors within a broken system. Takes over an hour of waiting to get someone to schedule an appointment. That person will tell you that he or she has an open appointment in a couple weeks. Got covid three months ago. Called to get an appointment for a drug. Can't get a doctor , so I'm transferred to some lady on the phone who tells me to take vitamins; then three weeks later I got a bill for $81. Pay now, it said. I now have an appointment for 5 weeks from now to have my yearly checkup. I have to change the date, but I can't get a hold of anyone to change it. I give up. (Maybe someone in the company will read this and cancel it for me...haha)I've lived in Fallbrook for over 40 years. Since this company called Rancho Family has taken over, I've had nothing but grief from the administration of the medical system. I've had it.
Dr bernardo-You are not my Doctor and I have never met you -I just found out that you had direct involve ment in my 51/50 false detention at a hospital that violated my civil rights with outright lies about someone you never had any access to in any way -I am looking at my legal options for your total violation -there will be substantial damages due -Some one will be in contact with you soon -and by the way I can not find any real evidence of you even being a Doctor on the State Board-is this fraud as well -not the first time in CaRobert C Getty
Dr Fraley was a top Dr until he ignored his own advice on my 56 yr old Son becoming Paranoid Schizophrenic and advise me to move out of the state which I proceeded to do -then out of the blue and the result of a joking conversationwith a inept staff member I found myself with 2 crooked sheriffs at my front door and A forced ride to a Bankrupt Mental hospital for 2 weeks that did nothing except feed 30 of us and do nothing else except take our blood pressure and confine us with a few lectures per week and unreal charges to Medicare of over $20,000 as a "mental Patient"-there was no mental treatment given to any of the other "patients"who had only medical and not mental problems -A GIANT SCAM with the Sheriffs on the $$$ take- Dr Fraley should loose his license and be jailed -He ruined my life for then and beyond This is just the start -lawsuit will followonce I am settled in Fl.-Robert C Getty
I would use negative ratings if offered .After becoming regular patient I assumed I would receive acceptable care - wrong .As a retired doctor, i would describe my experience as patient abandonment and malpractice. save yourself from this corporate money machine Your health is at stake.no matter, they never read reviews.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
