Gave birth to my first baby here with help from the maternity department. Every staff that interacted with us was so welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. During my very painful labor they were sweet and very accommodating of everything. The bedside manner was impeccable and unrivaled. Conversation was fluid and their assistance was very appreciated. We can’t thank every nurse, resident and doctor enough that helped us through such a special time. Thank you Rancho Springs!

Terrible staff, the ER nurse was extremely disrespectful. And the doctor didn’t give me the time of day to share my concerns with what I had going on.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Admitted and nurses station people have been UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and I had IV backing up I pushed button " JENNIFER" picked up and hung up twice. I had to walk down the hall and get out of character. However 5 stars for the nurses who cared for me. Also Keli patient advocate came down and handled the situation. But one person like Jennifer can spoil the entire bunch of apples.

My experience at the Rancho Springs Hospital last weekend was excellent with all staff and departments. I marveled at the compassion and efficiency that I witnessed on a busy night. The staff from Registration, Radiology, Transporter, Security, Nurses and Physicians was outstanding. They truly worked together as a great team and the care and treatment to patients just flowed.

Such a blessing! The staff at RSMC are fantastic. Every step of the way. Pre-op, admittance, surgery staff and post op. Dr. Ben Roberts and team are also amazing.

Delivered my first girl here, they did things differently but they were AMAZING! My nurses Miri and Heather P went above and beyond for me and made my whole experience less stressful! They have an amazing lactation specialist who encouraged me and made me feel great about continuing breastfeeding. I wish I would of remembered my other nurses names but after birth I was only concentrated on my baby girl but all the woman there who assisted before, during and after were just wonderful 💜 I’m so glad this is the hospital I gave birth at 😊
