Dr Burns and his Personal staff, are absolutely, so kind, professional, caring and treat you like an individual, not just a number. I was very cared for, very much concern was shown to me through some difficulty I was having before my surgery. Just having surgery last week, I experience 100% top care by the surgical center Dr Burns does his surgery. Dr Burns is extremely caring, detailed, knowledgeable, so experienced, he will tell you the truth nothing is 100% there’s always risk and if a doctor says there’s no risk then they are not telling you the truth. I Appreciate Dr Burns’ truth, and I’m very happy with the outcome of my left eye so far! I cannot wait to have the tight eye done, next week! I am very thankful I chose Dr Burns to do my surgery! Ones vision is one of the most important senses an individual can have, Dr Burns has proven to be trusted.

Dr Burns cares only about the money and not the patient. After cataract surgery I had massive floaters and I asked him what could be done. He replied that it could be fixed but there would be a danger that my retina could be damaged and I could go blind. I lived with these blinding floaters for 2 years before seeing another surgeon because I was afraid. This wonderful man operated on my eyes performing what is called a vitrectomy with no danger to my retinas and now I can see clearly, no thanks to Dr. Burns.

This is a large eye clinic in So CA. Specific doctors work in certain locations. Not impressed with Palm Desert facility. Waited 3 hours over my appointment time in a crowed office. Everyone that day had waited 3 hours. I came for a consult. A doctor that makes you wait long is not respectful of my time. Apparently he overbooks and if that is an indication of surgery day I don't want him as my doctor. Trying to get any records from there they want to charge you, Brenda is rude as rest of staff.

Dr. Burns is both very skilled and also understanding and compassionate. He exhibits the ability to connect with his patients and to put them at ease. His credentials and qualifications are impeccable. His skill is at the highest levels. I completely trust him with my eyes.
