Robert Peterson's Online Review Report Card

Peterson is great and very personable but doesn't run a full work week schedule. He's on his way out to retirement and a younger, female Dr. is taking over. He told me her medical degree is from Mexico. Hmmmm. I have always enjoyed him but the office staff has fouled up too many prescription orders and I'm tired of holding their hands to get things done (e.g., follow-up calls, etc.). Probably going to leave soon.

There is so much to say about this doctors office. Dr. Peterson and P.A. Zulema Carillo are great. I can never get in to see Dr. Peterson he only works a few days a week in the morning, working primarily in hospice care as I was told. We have had so many issues with getting labs being sent, friendliness and helpfulness from main receptionist who never identified herself unless asked. I thought it was just me but our health insurance had issues dealing with office and so did another clinic requesting items from them. We went back and forth 4 times for labs they said were sent and never were. The receptionist is rude and short with you on the phone. It's been one thing after another since they have been out primary we are planning on switching if doesn't improve. I feel office staff is ruining the reputation of the doctors by not being professional. You dont feel welcomed or that they care about you when you go in or call. It's really too bad!!

I only went here because that is who my provider set me up with. Reviews did not lie, my first visit was okay. But the second one went horribly. I was first told they could not do the immunizations on the same day as the physicals for my kids. Then that I could just walk in for the immunizations, then to make an appointment. So I made the appointment, but when I went in I was told no doctors were in and who I was there to see. I told them I had an appointment for immunizations. The receptionist that made my appointment 2 days before told me I had no appointment( get everything in writing), no idea how that happened since she was the one that made the appointment for me. They also don't have enough stock on immunizations...WHAT THAT IS CRAZY for being a Physicians's place. I won't go back for sure and I will contact my insurance.

We have been seeing Dr. Peterson and his staff since 2010. His staff are always wonderful and trying there best to make everyone happy. Dr. Peterson is the best Doctor we have ever had and I spent 24 years in the United States Air Force travelling all over. This Doctor cares about you as a person. Doesn't get any better than that Robbin L. McGregor

Dr Robert Peterson is a wonderful physician, however he sold his practice to the absolute worst medical group imaginable, still under the name Murrieta Family Medicine . They are the most unprofessional group I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I highly recommend you find another Family Doctor, or pray that Dr Peterson comes out of Retirement!

I have been going here for many years and even cash paid for a while when my insurance changed. I always see Zulema Carillo, I feel very comfortable with her. I am just sad that the nurse Katie is gone now, I will meet the new nurse at my next appointment. I like that I am able to always get in to be seen when I need to.

Dr. Peterson is awesome! His office was very welcoming and so friendly and very helpful. Timing was perfect to see the doctor. The visit with Dr. Peterson went very well he made me feel like we'd been long time friends. Really looking forward to my next visit!!!

Dr. Peterson is not there much anymore so Zulema Carrillo is now my moms doctor and she keeps submitting my moms referrals in as routine instead of urgent, and she needs surgery!!!! now. I am ready to go to the emergency room before my mom drops dead.
