Rome Walter's Online Review Report Card

Very thorough and professional and knowledgeable.

I chose Dr. Walter due to his high ratings and great reviews. However, don't let that fool you. I am younger and I have a lot of genetic health problems. I have had many tests and done many procedures. I know a lot about my health and my body. I let Dr. Walter know all of this and apparently he assumed I didn't know anything. At least that is how it felt. He would try and describe things in a way I can only say to a 5 year old. I let him know I know a lot about my health, my body, and I am very educated when it comes to the surrounding conditions or tests, etc. It felt like he didn't listen to my concerns and kept saying "You're too young for that test or that condition. That is how people die because doctors just say "Ah you're too young". I am already looking for a new doctor after 2 visits. Since my concerns of my health have only worsened and he won't treat me because "I'm too young". I also have asthma and he never checked my lungs even during my physical. I saw him twice in total

Doesn't listen. Dictated terms of my health care to me without listening to what I wanted. His staff is unprofessional, their coronavirus protocols are non-existent, and they don't answer their phone. I was shocked at their level of unprofessionalism.

Dr Rome Was responsible for getting me on the correct dosage of a medicine i had been taking for some time. I had many frustrations prior to choosing Dr Rome Walter but have had none since going to him over 5 years ago.

Love Dr. Walter but not so much his office. They don't follow through on lab orders or prescription orders. Makes it a big waste of my time when I have to chase them down. When I was able to get through on the phone the person I talked to didn't even say good bye she just hung up the phone. Think I will be looking elsewhere.

Dr. Walter is always professional, but at the same time he is concerned for your wellbeing. He is on top of alternative medicine/lifestyle if that is what you're looking for, along with traditional styles of treatment. Thoroughly checks how you feel and looks at past treatment to come up with the best care possible.

Dr. Rome presented a concerned approach to my condition and seemed knowledgeable enough to prescribe the necessary treatment(s), in order to expedite the correction and repair of my injury before I end up in a wheelchair! Thank you, Dr. Rome!

Dr. Walter is great! He listens, looks at all the possible solutions and discusses them with you. He works with you. With Dr. Walter you matter. He can be trusted with all your needs.

I am thankful to have Rome Water as my Dr. He cared for my parents, before they passed away. He also cares for my husband. We have referred several friends to him and they also appreciate him and the care that he gives. He is a good listener and thinks outside of the box, which I appreciate. - Michelle Evans

Dr. Rome is amazing. Recently dx with RA and Dr. Rome knew to send me to a specialist right away. It is because of his careful and thoughtful questions that I was able to be referred and diagnosed quickly. Now on meds and so grateful to him for all of his 'noodling' of my case.
