This office is a complete joke. The office staff is beyond incompetent. My 2 year old has been waiting for a referral for over 6 months. Ana is apparently the only one who deals with referrals and she refuses to do her job. Countless phone calls trips to the office in person and emails have resulted in my daughter still not having her referral completed properly. My daughters development has been greatly impacted by this womens negligence. We have since switched pediatricians and would highly suggest that you do not bring your children here. Youre dealing with childrens health and development. Do better.

This office used to be great. Over the last 2 years the front and back office is just too busy. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and left holding then I had to finally hang up because I have kids and life to get to. I have waited for prescription authorizations without getting any approval or notifications. No one ever calls you back if they say they will.

This man is seriously so dismissive. I just expressed to him that my child has a very painful infection and needs to be seen by a pediatric urologist and this is his response. He clearly does not care for his patients or their wellbeing. Strongly recommend finding a different pediatrician. Not to mention I’ve expressed concern regarding his circumcision since the day it happened because it never looked correct to me.

My son loves him He’s very intelligent and intuitive He always answers my calls and hears my concerns He doesn’t pedal meds he doesn’t have to and we appreciate that

My 3yearold son broke both bones in his forearm in a bounce house. Went to Temecula Valley Hospital and care was terrific. They specifically said we should follow up with Radys Childrens Hospital on Monday. We found out Monday that we needed an authorization from Dr Beckers Office because we have an HMO. Dr Beckers office would only provide an authorization to go to Corona Orthopedics so we tried to make an appointment there. They said they wouldnt see our son for over a month and a half which is unacceptable. We ended up going to Radys anyway and were treated great the following day where our son received X rays and a cast. We also made a follow up appointment with Radys to have his cast removed 6 weeks later. Dr Beckers office is so shady they called Radys and cancelled our appointment without our consent. Already called Blue Shield and changed our pediatrician to someone else. You couldnt pay me to see Dr. Becker. Hes too worried about his kickback than providing care.

My children have had Dr. Becker for their pediatrician since 2000 and are now 16 19 23 27. I have always been pleased with the care my children have recieved. This is an excellent office to being your children to.

I have been going here for yrs. Now my grand children are continuing with dr.beckers care.i wish I could make dr. Becker eternal hes been a great doctor. Not only does he care about there health he is also attentive about the kids schooling. Great with referrals to specialist and great with filling up paper work.never have I had any issues in my 19 yrs of care for my children.

The staff here is rude. They messed up countless times with giving us the wrong lab orders and just getting them to send a prescription to the right pharmacy is a huge hassle. Dr Becker is a knowledgeable dr but be prepared for him to spend less than 5 minutes with you at your appointment.
