I have been waiting since they opened 5th in line and haven’t been called it’s now 940

I waited for over 3 hours. I was passed up by people who signed in after me. The staff is rude. If I had any other option, I’d go elsewhere.

Everything was great except for the person at the front desk who I felt like I had to work with just to get some simple answers from. She seemed like she was caught up with a lot of things, but I was very disappointed to see her having difficulty answering simple questions. She did not seem interested in letting me know what the general estimated wait time would be. She gave me an answer that dodged my question, so when I saw that she was caught up with what she was working on, I asked her again, and her answer, like her attitude, was somewhat dismissive. She did not seem overtly rude, but she did not seem very interested in answering my simple question either. As a decent human being who understands that people at work can have a lot to deal with, I exercised kindness and patience, and I left on a positive note, but from the start, she did not seem very welcoming or courteous. In general, her attitude was dismissive and ignorant, maybe borderline hostile, but she was never offensive, just off-putting. Also, the lab technician should cap the urine test collection cup immediately after transferring the sample to a test vial instead of leaving it open on the desk, even if it is on a spill sheet, because seeing the cup with the cap open just sitting there looked like a risk..I may have smelled something, too 🤔.

I waited for a ridiculously long time for a simple vision test. Apparently they only have ONE tech working. I’ve only ever waited this long for an emergency surgery. So glad this isn’t my regular medical office or I’d end up neglecting my health.

Staff gave excellent service. They were very professional and patient.

I was about to walk into the facility but then I noticed a sign that says “if you have had a fever or soar throat within 10 days call this number”. I called four times and no one answered the phone. I have strep throat symptoms and I couldn’t get any help. I don’t recommend this urgent care if you’re in need of help.

Staff was pleasant. The office was clean. Wait time was long just to get a TB test but expected due to being so busy
