Horrible office staff. Was on hold for over an hour just to make an appointment. This is after I showed up for my original appointment and the doctor couldn't see me.

Did not listen, rushed appointment, don’t expect to ask a question, disregarded my symptoms which affected by pregnancy

Makes you feel silly for asking a question, does not listen to needs, and is always in a rush. I was told throughout my entire pregnancy that I was overthinking my concerns. I was shortly diagnosed with POTS after. She does not care about her patients.

If I could leave a 0 I would. My doctors referred me here. I have called multiple times to make my appointment due to my doctors request. The first 4 times I called I got a voicemail. All 4 times I left a message with my name number and the reason for my call. I became frustrated and angry due to not receiving a call back. Finally yesterday I called and waited 56 minutes on hold till a live person answered. I appreciate the fact that she was friendly but by no means helpful. I tried to schedule an appointment, she explained that nothing was available till the end of April. Are you kidding me I've been calling for weeks with no return call. I just sat on the phone for an hour to make this appointment. When I explain that I had left several messages and nobody was returning my call I was frustrated. She explained that they were short staffed and that she's sorry that no has retuned my call. I let her know that I was due to see my doctor next week and I'm supposed to have the results from going there she didn't seem very bothered by the situation. After 4 phone calls and waiting an hour to get through I didn't get anywhere. I proceeded to call my doctor and ask for a new referral. This company is a joke and doesn't seem to care about the well-being of their patients. How on earth are they even in business

Horrible experience. I had a medically unnecessary c-section with my son. The advice she gave me was not evidenced-based. She cares more about insurance and money then she does her patients. I was a first time mom though, so now I know better. I will never step foot in her office again.

She was very unprofessional and rude. Rushed me out of office, never did an exam. Felt invisible and insignificant.

Dr. Hayton is easily one of the best medical professionals with whom I have had the pleasure of interacting. My wife and I saw her for our first pregnancy. From start to finish, she had such a human touch, sharing from her heart profound wisdom, delightful insights, or simple kindness. She really has the gift of speaking words that assuage fears, instill wonder, and offer strength. Communicating with her really feels meaningful. She is so thoughtful about what she says, warm in every manner, and professionally firm in such a comforting way. Her words continue to bless me and my wife as we recall them from time to time.

Nice staff, but overbooked office. waited over an hour for about 5 minutes of nothing. I felt like a dollar sign to get in and out a quick as possible and not a patient. Literally leaving the room as I tried to ask questions about my concerns. They say talk to your doctor...how can I when they are too rushed to really care? Probably won't be going back to this office.

It took me a month to get an appointment as a new patient. The staff was nice and the facility was clean. The doctor was running 45 minutes late. Hayton, MD had excellent bedside manors and spent approximately 10-15minutes talking to me about my medical history. She was very personable. The actual physical exam took less than 5 minutes and felt rushed. Satisfied with keeping her for my annual checkups, but not confident that I'd get convenient appointments.

I can't personally speak for Dr. Hayton because due too multiple rude contact with staff, I was unable to get them do to their job and look up an Authorization for my daughters insurance, according to the reviews Dr. Hayden her self is wonderful, just a shame when you hire a young snooty staff.
