If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I have called them 4 times now trying to cancel my appointment yet they continue to text/email me expecting me to show up to my appointment. Every time I call I get placed on hold for an unnecessary long period of time, and when I finally decide to leave a voicemail I never hear back. Very unprofessional.

I haven't even been able to go yet. Two days of being on hold for over 1.5 hours. Unacceptable. What could you possibly be doing that keeps you from answering a call for that long?

Called requesting a call back to schedule an appointment. No call back. Called first thing in the AM next day, still on hold....30 min later...still waiting.

Sad part about this review - service and medical attention outstanding . Went in to receive over all check. 62 years of age. Didnt want to receive results on line, ( or any medical information from anywhere) and called .

How this place even has 3 stars is beyond my comprehension. Anytime I have called this office I have been on hold for an HOUR. Just to speak to someone. I gave them grace the first time and made my initial appointment. Then an emergency came up where I needed to reschedule. I

Dont do it! If you really want timely and adequate care find yourself a doctor in San Diego. I am new to the area (from San Diego) and have found that most of the providers in this area are below average. Maybe I have high standards but shouldnt everyone when it comes to your health!?

First it took 3 months to get in for an appointment. Then the office had my daughter wait in her car for 45 minutes past her appointment time, once they allowed her into the building they put her in one of the doctors offices to wait an additional 30 minutes before finally putting her in an exam room. When she saw Dr. Hayton 1.5 hours past her appointment time, she looked at the labs my daughters general practice doctor ordered and said she liked the plan. That was it, no exam no nothing. Five minute appointment. I chose this doctor for my daughter because her profile on their website said "Her special medical interests include Pediatric/Adolescent Gynecology." Not sure how she will even bill insurance for that appointment!

This office is very hard to get on the phone, however if you leave a voicemail they usually call back within a couple hours! Appointment times are also pretty far out, but Dr. Thomson is great and the staff is very nice and accommodating :)

I had a horrible experience with Kendra Jones she was always late keep me waiting in the room for an hour. She never remember the dates on my appointments !!I always have to remind her of everything !! After a had the baby she gave me an appointment because she thought I had a C-section which I didn’t it has horrible !! She wasn’t even there when I deliver !!!!!
