Yoshinobu Mifune's Online Review Report Card

Here I am writing a quick review for the infusion center in the 4th floor suite number 410 , we have horrible experience with the head nurse and director for the infusion center at 410 ste, as the front desk directed her name the head nurse name was song or som . She is treats my mother unfairly since the first day of treatment in this office and she has tough manner specifically with us and not sure that was for the race or religion or something else, as we noticed she always greets every single patient except us and when we are saying one time good morning she is not answer back. My mother on the first day has been poked 4 times wrongly without using ultrasound machine, while she knows she needs that machine in order to find vein , 2 time put saline in wrong place and out of the vein and my mother feels pain and swollen then and we are asking to change vein she tries another poked. Every single time we come on the time she directed us in earlier session, and she is fabricating that you were coming like 10 minutes late ,but that was not real and she used her power to punish us and saying come tomorrow 30 minutes earlier than today appointment, and when we come next say on the same appointment scheduled she's intentionally hurts our feeling and emotionally and said that I told you to come an hour earlier which totally not real while the iv medication must be giving on same time which we have on the first dose , so 2 hours earlier was not competent and it was just kind of sadism , she feels pleasure in seeing us suffer or and come 2 hours earlier before the 1st dose and she knows well that we driving 40 miles for 50 minutes and she saying I don’t let you ask any questions not negotiable. Absolutely was terrible experience with her cruel treatment only with us. This attitude really make us feeling need to leave and finding another infusion center. The worst service ever by song or som as the front desk informed us about her name. Please if someone read this and help me escalate this case.

Went for months for a wound from an accident. Always kind, always professional and always cared about my severe pain and tears. Amazing Doctor he saved my leg. I was terrified and he saved me.

I like Dr Yoshi and his staff but their communication bottom of the Barrell.......almost impossible to reach them........My injury requires constant attention but they can't even order wound care supplies without me having to run thru the hoops in a way I have never experienced.......I have had it with these people, finding a new wound care facility, one who communicates if that is even possible......I actually rate this office a ZERO
