Brent Loftis's Online Review Report Card

Terrible. I'm not at liberty to make a detailed public comment. As always there's two sides to every story.

Had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Loftis. I have procrastinated seeing a dermatologist for a few years, so I was really nervous. Dr Loftis and staff were very patient and kind. She was super thorough and biopsied spots that were suspicious. They even did a tape(painless) biopsy of one so that my face didn't have to be cut into without knowing for sure. My husband and son have been treated by her for about two years now. They had no problems with billing or getting results of their biopsies, so we didn't have the same experience of the other reviewer.

This Dr. listens, understands, and helps you with everything she can. I suffered from horrible acne scars and decided to try laser treatment for scarring and dark spots and let me tell you! I have never been this confident in my own skin!

The people, along with the products Dr. Loftis uses and or prescribes is what makes this company a place you choose to keep returning to! I can’t express enough the caring that is truly genuinely given from Dr Loftis and the blessing of a staff she chooses to hire! Thank you!

Dr. Loftis is an amazing doctor who exhibits a lot of knowledge and professionalism. She is also a very dedicated hard worker who is very positive. She is always willing to help. I have struggled with melasma for several years. It is because of her solutions that I have had the opportunity to get this corrected. I am so thankful to her. If you dont go and see her, its your loss!!!

Dr. Loftis is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to accurately assess your problems and address them thoughtfully. I took my son to her as well as myself and she was able to rapidly resolve both of our issues. I also asked her for help with anti-aging and she took the time to look up the ingredients in my cosmetics and advise me on what was working and not working for my skin. Since I have started using her formulations my skin has looked amazing. My mother noticed the difference right away without my prompting her. In all, I have had a great experience with Dr. Loftis and especially appreciate her beautiful space and courteous staff as well.

Great and amazing customer service will come back great skin care. My looks amazing.

Different doctor, horrible staff. Ended up seeking a solution from another doctor as she was never available which is weird because the lobby is always empty. See Dr Davis instead!

This doctor tries hard, but for every good medical deed her terrible staff ruins it. Whether it's from insurance or appointment screw ups or destroying your labs by not sending them in on time. They are absolutely the worst and appear to be sanctioned by the doctor as they systematically destroy her reputation. It's a small town here and people are talking and it's not good.
