Condescending doctor and incompetent staff did nothing but completely waste our time. Save yourself the trouble and frustration; take your child literally anywhere else but here.

Called to make an appointment for a new patient. 1st the receptionist (strong accent) didnt know anything about my insurance. I offered to give her my insurance info so she could verify it covers the appt. She tells me to call and let her know or to come into office and she can see if they except it. That she could call. So why couldn't she just call when I called for appt. I already see the 2 doc listed in my insurance account as approved doctors... No thanks. I dont feel comfortable bringing my son to this place.

This is a pediatrics office, but it is listed as a Pediatric Hospital. UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital and Oakland Children's Hospital, and Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, are hospitals. I have read about Napa Valley Pediatrics and I do not see that it has an inpatient division, which is a State-licensed hospital that keeps sick people through the night. It seems that this is just an office of 2 pediatricians, who have mixed reviews, not all high. But a real hospital keeps VERY sick patients overnight.

My daughter has grown up with Dr. Loeffler, including the toddler, tween and teens. She is caring and kind and is very, very skilled.

I love Dr. Morgese, she is wonderful. I look forward to appointments just to see her. We take our 10mo old here and couldn't be happier. I chose this office because their smaller community feel and their strong stance on vaccines.

Seriously love Doctor Loffler! She was my daughters NICU Doctor and now took her on as a patient ! Super happy!

My visit to Napa Valley Pediatrics was very pleasant all the employees are kind and very helpful to medical needs. The Doctors are great at what they do so I recommend checking it out if you are looking for a new Pediatrician to take your child. They are the best.
