This Doctor was arrogant, rude and late for the appointment for my father. He seemed to rush us out of the door so he could get to lunch. At a second appointment he did not show, and his manager said he was golfing, so she texted him a picture of my dad's finger, which was enlarged from gout. He said to make an appointment to have it amputated...without doing an in-person exam. Needless to say, we got a second opinion and my dad has his (perfectly funtioning) finger for the rest of his life. I can deal with an arrogant and rude surgeon, but not one who is also incompetent.
