Dr. Richards is the best psychiatrist - and probably the best doctor - I've ever seen. She is highly intelligent, attentive, patient, and insightful. She actually listens to what you think is best for your own health, while providing you with her professional perspective. Mental health issues can make it SO difficult to be objective, and taking medications (or not) is a big decision - so it's very important to find a provider you trust - one that doesn't make you feel even crazier! I really trusted Dr. Richards' intellect and training, but most importantly, I felt like she normalized the mental health challenges I was dealing with. I highly recommend her.
