Is relatively unwilling to help and not knowledgeable . Claimed she isn’t allowed to help with medication due to diagnosis via Teladoc, which I have been receiving from the same platform for two years and on for 15 years total. Has an extremely condescending tone. Hid from the camera while on video call, and has a photo of herself on Teladoc that is about 20 years old (some patients want a doctor closer to their age that can more easily relate to them). Called me via phone claiming my connection was too poor to continue via video. After asking about an incident that happened when I was 17 (I’m 29 now) proceeded to shame me and hung up on me with no warning or explanation.

She cancelled my first appointment with her literally 2 minutes before it was supposed to start, fine because I needed help ASAP and she was available a couple days later. I requested a video call & she literally was hiding from the camera the entire time. Just don’t allow video calls if you’re going to do that! Second visit was fine, done quickly which is what I was from a psychiatrist appointment. My third visit she just never called! No cancellation, no notice, nothing. I’m beyond angry and disappointed that she can call herself a mental health professional while leaving her patients without meds for days with no explanation at all from her. Ridiculous.

Made an appointment on February 16th for an appointment day of the 20th of February at 8:15 am. 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment I got a cancellation notice from Teladoc. I was out of Medication and she cancelled after our appointment. Now no visits and no refills on medication. This shows how unprofessional she is, don’t was your time with this one! I should never trusted anyone with bad reviews. She is not fit to practice medical advice

Definitely should have read the reviews first! I have been struggling a lot lately with my mental health and was looking forward to my visit to finally get help and hopefully some answers to just feel better. Unfortunately that was not the case. Every response from this dr. was "I don’t know" "you’re re not being clear enough" "haha, well i don't know" while this was very hard for me, i was already emotional which I hate crying in front of ppl, esp those who are not compassionate to other (which floored me considering she holds mental health title) however; she was very quick to prescribe me mood stabilizer and tell me I'm bipolar. (Mind you this was teledoc appointment with no assessment done before hand and the first time we have ever met) I don't ever leave reviews but considering something like this and how delicate it is i just don't want anyone else to experience what I did. It's really a low feeling when you're already beyond low. Im sure she has potential to be good and some ppl have prob experienced that first hand. Sadly I did not.

She canceled my first visit Then she started the conversation stating that I need a therapist as she only discussed medication Of course she could have told me that when seeing my profile She got paid for this 10 second visit! Stay away. She’s a rude and disrespectful person .

She started my video visit by telling me I need a therapist as she only discusses medications. End of visit. I’m upset that she got paid for this. She was rude, abrupt and dislikable Stay away !!

She's terrific. I take Zoloft, and she helps me along the way.

Unprofessional and always cancels

I found ms. hardy through teladoc mental health services. I have never spoken to a psychiatrist before, and this was a terrible first experience. I made 2 appointments with this doctor, both canceled last minute by her - which is extremely disappointing considering I made it very clear on the mental health questionnaire that I needed support urgently. I understand that appointments sometimes need to be canceled or rescheduled, but the fact that she has canceled on such short notice twice already, I can only assume that she is not taking new patients and will continue to cancel any appointment I make with her. If so, she should take herself off the available provider's list and stop wasting everyone's time. thanks "kindly

I've met different psychiatry and this is my best experience. she is great and easy to talk to.
