Ole Health's Online Review Report Card

Would give a zero star review if I could. Horrible health care provided here, and the costumer service over the phone is awful. I have spoken with the ladies a number of times and every time they have been extremely rude!!!

Horrible treatment. Had a phone appointment scheduled and did not receive a single call all day. I even waited by the phone an hour before and an hour after my appointment time. I called them to see what happened, and they are claiming that I missed my appointment? I checked my missed calls, nothing.So much for needing my life-saving medication. I do not suggest signing up for a phone appointment through OLE as they will not actually call you.

For all the people filing complaints on Yelp -- you're wasting your time. Its time to get your complaints to the right organizations who will hopefully file investigations into Ole Health. Yes, some doctors are nice; however, how does a doctor/professional continue to violate their patients by NOT answering there phones? WE would assume the doctors should ensure these simple measures are met, right? Its a HUGE liability that will one day get them sued. The lies associated with the staff attempting to facilitate bullshit to cover up the negligence in answering or returning calls. This IS medical Negligence. This has been an issue for many YEARS!!  Call Sutter, North Bay, Kaiser, Stanford, a clinic, or.... Planned Parenthood -- THEY ANSWER THERE PHONES AND RETURN CALLS. Its called professionalism and common courtesy/respect and a medical obligation to their patients. Ole Health assumes YOU dont know how to speak up for your rights for proper and paid health care. Its a liability and fraud if they aren't caring for their patient portal correctly. Additionally, no one should take pictures of you and no one should be asking you for your drivers license to photo copy. Just because someone works at a doctors office doesn't make them legit/honest/ and/or ethical. Just think.... they're NOT  legit/honest or ethical enough to even answer or return calls. That's a RED flag!!  When their database gets breached YOU the PATIENTS are violated with personal missing information.  Your insurance has already acquired your information legally.Maybe Ole Health should make contact with Sutter, North Bay, Kaiser, Stanford, a clinic, or.... Planned Parenthood and see how these organizations MANAGE to answer the phones. They may very well learn who or what to hire to solve a health issue. They CANT properly oversee a simple business phone system, what makes YOU think they can oversee YOUR health?! Sounds pretty stressful to be a patient of Ole Health.COMPLAINTS SHOULD GO HERE:1. Takes forever to get an appointment, and the staff are rude. My kid is over do for her check up, and we keep calling them. But I guess they are busy with the holidays.

BEWARE! MEDICALLY NEGLIGENT. Allowed medication that is DANGEROUS to lapse, lapse THREE TIMES! They have no idea what is going on ever, and doctors quit so fast you can't even keep one for two appointments.

Never go here. This place is awful. . Wrong blood test ordered. Now its been over a week for a simple medication refill. The fact there is 1 review shows all reviews are removed.

I've been a long time patient at Ole Health. I recently got pregnant and at 9 weeks I lost my baby. Prior to the miscarriage I had been calling for 4 days straight to see if there was any advice they could give me because I was just spotting for 2 days. I wasn't in pain or bleeding, but I really wanted to prevent a miscarriage. On day 3 the doctor gave me inconclusive answers, and I felt as though she was patronizing. The nurse I spoke to asked me what I had done to cause this. She asked me that twice. I asked Heidi if I should go to work or rest or what to do and she said it was fine, standing all day wouldn't cause any harm. Anyways, later the next day I lost my baby. I called the office to see if I could speak to Heidi just to make sure I was correct, and had a miscarriage. I was never called back by her. She just had a nurse speak to me to tell me to go get some lab work done. This was the last time I will ever step foot there. I called for 4 days begging for help, advice, tips anything and was just turned away and left to figure this out on my own. Perhaps I am just being sensitive, but If you have the option to go somewhere else, I would. No woman should ever be treated the way I was. I fought for my baby's life and was not taken seriously. Find someone who truly cares. I'm sure there are still good doctors out there. Ole just isn't it.

I’m currently sitting in a room waiting to be seen. It’s been an hour. This has happened at both Napa locations. I beyond hate this place. I don’t understand why I have to wait so long.

I have been coming to 3 sites of OLE HEALTH Medical Services in Napa for 7 years. I give the doctors 5+ stars, no question. The General Medicine doctors have made 6 specialty referrals because they LISTENED to me; And that has vastly improved my life. Dietitian was also 5+ stars. Nurses and etc are easily 4.5 stars. If I go to OLE Health in person, the office people at computer are quick. I have also had telephone, and tele-video doctor visits that were as excellent as in-person. Twice I have included my spouse in my doctor visits and they were included and respected. I have not used the Nurses advice line or the Dental Services. I recommend signing up to the Portal/App to understand your medical status, receive messages, review information and test results, and MOST important to easily message your doctor.If I am CALLING INTO the office for any reason, I use the automated call-back option. This makes it so I can enter my telephone number in a queue to be called back a.s.a.p. without waiting forever on hold, for a call of any reason. If you wait on hold, you will get very impatient and it doesn't get you help any sooner. The ONLY reason to WAIT ON HOLD is if you are calling at 7 a.m. for an emergency same day appointment. These are very limited.
