I've had nothing but very caring service and they promptly get back to me on leaving my phone #.The staff listens rather you speak English or Spanish. They keep tabs on the labs that are needed .THEY GIVE BEST SERVICE EVER and my family agrees.we've used every one of their services.

Worst phone system ever! You can never get through. I’ve been trying to get a dental appointment for over a year now. It’s always call back at 7 AM in the morning or we aren’t taking appointments that far out yet.

This place fucking sucks. You call and be on hold for an hour or more.then when they answer they have no idea what they are doing. Then you can't get an appointment for over a month.  This place has always been a disappointment.

Professional service.

I spent 30 mins to wait for the call and they just cut me off like a scam because my English is not good. They didn't even ask or clarify what service I need to do.

Had an appointment at 3. I'm driving from two hours away. They scheduled me at this location which is farther away than my usual location. They called at 3:01 to ask if I was still going to make my appointment. I said yes I hit some traffic and I'm only 5 minutes away. They said that was fine and they'll see me soon. When I get there the front desk asked for my name and then ignored me while they let other people in. After trying to get someone's attention at the locked front door, 20 minutes into arriving, someone finally comes out and says it's too late for my procedure before they close. I told them they had just told me over the phone that it was fine. The person in front said that it was a communication error because they have an all staff meeting and are closing early. If that was the case, they should've told me over the phone instead of wasting 4 hours of driving. They're earliest next appointment is more than a month away. I will not be coming back to this facility.

I have come to this location for myself and my child over the last year or more. I have always been treated well and every nurse or doctor I've dealt with has been amazing, considerate, and kind. Today I had to come by to get my medical records because I had my wallet stolen and needed them for personal reasons. It's usually a few days wait time but since this was an emergency type situation they were able to print them for me right there, taking a total of 15 minutes. I am beyond pleased that during this stressful time the staff was kind and understanding of my needs.Also, I noticed that they are taking appropriate COVID precautions and doing their best to make sure everyone is seen in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.

I came here at 12:30pm to drop of a sample because they close at 5:30pm and the security guard stopped me and told them they're not open right now because they're on their lunch break?? I even explained that all I had to do was drop something off and I still wasn't allowed to do so?? This was a waste of my time. This company should have a system of when they're open and when their lunch breaks are. I recommend you find a different health company.
