I had a cyst removed from my foot there and the staff and nurses were great friendly and did an awesome job . I feel blessed that a live in Napa and Queen of the Valley did a great job. With Covid still going it's been really hard on the whole healthcare system and nurses so I'm really grateful that there are people willing to do what can be a very difficult job. Ebee was my nurse and she is the best!

Horrible nursing staff in ICU. I had an unqualified nurse giving me unsolicited dietary advice, another nurse who fell asleep three times while my alarms were going off and my heart rate was over 140, another nurse who gave me potassium without any lidocaine (which is incredibly painful) and their ICU doctor was rude, dismissive and is disliked by floor nurses on other units. I'm lucky I survived.This nightmare of a hospital stay was pre covid. I can't imagine the torture covid patients are getting there now.

queen of the valley hospital in Napa California pushed to accept My husband as inpatient there They have released him as of today and are releasing him as of today and can't seem to find him a ride back to eureka California i Don't like this hospital do not go here they suck how can they not find a person a rid back home this is bull shit and the dumbest thing ever iam annoyed. As fuck and mad as hell right now and pissed off wife what is wrong with the nurses there

My emergency room experience was top notch. No chaos no trouble no bad people..the staff worked flawlessly together . security guy too. God bless america.I am doing well and now at home.

Brought my mother there after she fell and hit her head. We were in and out is less than 2.5 hours (CT scan, labs, stitches). Very grateful we didn’t have to spend the entire day in the ED while on vacation! Staff was pleasant and professional.

I have HG. Im also about a month away from birth. I had to go in due to severe vomiting and dehydration and I just want to say the nurse at the front desk is always sweet when I needed to come in(I have been here multiple times). And I Rachael who brought me to Maternity ward to be checked on was helpful as f! Also a special shout-out to Sarah and Sally. The nurses who helped me today. So sweet, understanding and caring. I really hope they help me when it’s time for me to give birth!
