I was contacted due to some frustrations I was feeling and finally felt very heard and taken care of! Hopefully my issues will resolve soon and if not soon I hope my primary can solve it! Either way I was very touched by the empathy I was shown! They're really working hard to ensure we're taken care of!
Phone system is Horrible. Ole health on pear tree lane answers your call in a timely manner. Ole on Hurtle is another story. They never answer the calls.
I am very blessed to have OLE HEALTH as my medical clinic!!! They provide many needed treatments in super effectiveness ways. They also handle efficiently any referrals to specialists that I have needed. OLE HEALTH has been my go to source for my medical care since 2008. I also find them responsive to my suggestions for improvements to services.
Very nice atmosphere. And better customer service. Thank you ole!
The staff is great but they don't have any support to handle the needs of their patients. Appointments are impossible to get if you actually have an issue.
Dont bother calling for dental care. I have been calling for two months and have yet to get an appointment. I was just told to call back in a month to maybe get an appointment three months from now.
My grandma went in because she wasn't feeling well and high blood pressure. When she got there, she asked if someone could take her blood pressure and maybe talk to a nurse or a doctor about the symptoms she was experiencing. It was the in the early afternoon and there was hardly anyone in the lobby. She was told by someone in the front that no one could attend her and that she should try calling in tomorrow or go to the hospital. There were two other desks next the attendant she was speaking to being equally useless. My grandma told me there were more people standing around, filing papers, and chatting, behind the counter than there were patients. With the amount of funding these places get on a year over year basis, you'd think they'd do a better job of serving the community. It's an embarrassment to the donors and the executives in charge. Maybe they should hire more nurses, NPs and Dr.s and less incompetent, low level, relatives of the executives and current employees. What a shame.
This clinic Ole in Napa is a fiasco!! I called in at 7:00 AM to make an appointment and they told me a Doctor will call me back around 1:00 PM and they call at 8:30 AM instead, I came to work and obviously I can not be in the phone all day so I wasn’t expecting the call at 8:30, I returned the call and they told me I have lost my appointment just because I didn’t answer my phone at 8:30, don’t they know there is places where they don’t allow you to pickup phone calls at work? and now I have to wait until Tuesday to call again, they have no sympathy at all for their clients and don’t honor they words at all!!!
I have seen a few ratings that say there phone service isn't the best. I've experienced that today. I set up the call-back service. When they called back, they didn't give me enough time to pick up the phone and they didn't call back again. I know they could've done better. They frustrate me. Whenever I call, the process to get an appointment is so hard that I would never deal with them unless I had to. It takes forever to get a person. They need some new workers who care. Ole Health is incompetent. They have the worst staff working for them. They are unhelpful and they don't know what they're doing from the people who answer the phones to the doctors. I'm literally in pain physically right now because of their incompetence.
While I like my doctor, the phone system designed to keep patients from actually getting care. Literally a dozen phone calls. Hours wasted on hold. To solve this endless game of 'phone tag' on my outgoing greeting I reminded staff to leave a direct extension each time they called me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
