Dr. Uy is great. The staff needed more training for great customer service.

Went there for the first time, Doctor was ok. There was a lady doing Front and back office horrible had such a bad attitude.Gave me a lab order with DOB of my son wrong and Last name.

Excellent doctor and her staff is very professional and friendly.

I was excited for Dr. Uy to be my child’s pediatrician based on all the positive reviews I had seen on Google. I have been so disappointed from day 1 of coming to this clinic. And it’s always front desk. Their customer service is so bad, from messing up my sons appointments to not following up on forms that have been sent. Sucks because the pediatrician Dr. Uy, she is an amazing doctor but dealing with the scheduling and front office is such a headache that I rather change to a different doctor.

Need better CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRONT DESK..There Front desk people so rude and will not recommend this place and talking no English, they should be fired and know that you come in for a appointment, discriminate other people !!!!!

It's a great pediatric clinic. Every consultation with Dr. Uy is comfortably familiar, she makes you feel like a family. She is accommodating enough in giving guidance and the things needed to do for the best care for my child. My kids have been coming to Dr Uy's since 2008. We love her. Great with kids. Over the years we've had different insurance from tri care for the military to private. In 11 years no issues until today. The front desk clerk was so rude. I told her we would transfer to a different pediatrician. She said go ahead. I've only said that cause she seemed confrontational. She said we couldn't be seen today cause my ex didnt give me my daughter's insurance card and i couldn't reach my ex while she was working. Then she asked for her ssn. I told her we been coming since 2008 and everything is with my ex. She said well guess you need to reschedule till you have your cards. Since 2008 never ever had an issue. I hope for Dr. Uy office that her staff will learn better ways to deal with others. I highly recommend the Dr. But request her old staff back or hire people who like there job. Lots of people looking for jobs so i know her attitude is one step from being replaced that is the lady behind the desk not in scrubs.

Dr. Uy is a very dedicated, professional and an awesome Pediatrician!!!Dr. Uy has been taking good care of my daughter since birth and if it was not for her maybe my daughter would have been gone long ago.Before I gave birth to my daughter in June 2018 I had assigned Dr. Uy as her pediatrician. The next day I gave birth, Dr. Uy came to the Hospital to visit and check on my daughter, she did some assessment and heard an abnormal heart murmur which is usually normal in newborn but Dr. Uy wanted to be sure that she is fine and ordered an ultrasound ASAP. When they did the scan they found out that my daughter had a Pulmonary Stenosis a condition where there is an obstruction to blood flow going to the lungs that can be life threatening. They immediately transferred my daughter to Rady Children's and quickly they scheduled her for a minor surgery to fix the problem. Now, my daughter is good and growing healthy!!My husband and I are so grateful to Dr. Uy. We owe her our daughter's life!!! Thank you Dr. Uy!
