I have been trying to make an appointment for my son since June 2022! It is now September and I have yet to be contacted. I’ve called over a million times. All because my son needs a Dtap for school. I’ve spoken to the after hours person on the line. I loved bringing my kids to Dr. Vitug but I strongly suggest she makes up a different plan other than FMH or calling because they never answer the phones. Or FMH messages. Sad to say I will after 7 years have to change provider for my children.

Unfortunately, Dr. Vitug's office has caused me a lot of frustration. I have since June 2022 been trying to get an appointment for my son. School is asking for a Dtap booster and since June to now September. I've been messaging them through FMH, calling during business hours and no one ever answers or calls back.I love Dr. Vitug. She's a great doctor. But she needs to do something about her scheduling system. And front desk people. She's losing patients left and right due to the difficulty just to get an appointment. After a good 7 years it might be my time to look for a new PCP for my children.

Dr. Vitug visited my newborn after delivery at Sharp Hospital. The time she took and care checking my daughter and answering my questions was wonderful. My newborn will now be a new patient of Dr. Vitug.

They never answer the phone ! This year they ran out of flu shots, I will be changing doctors.

i hate calling their office coz its always on answering machine.. even if you left a message they'll never call you back.. i like dra vitug but not her staff... im thinking of looking for another doctor though...

Elena Vitug and her assistant Melissa Lockhart are the best but their office management is horrible and unprofessional. Vanessa rudely discusses your insurance information in front of other patients and makes excuses to not do follow up appointments in person. She’ll tell you to call the office even though you’re standing right in front of her and spends her shift sighing at everyone checking in. They also don't answer the phone in the mornings and active the voicemail at 4:30 when the office closes at 5:00PM. I definitely won’t be continuing services for my newborn here anymore.
