Everything they advertise in the website is a lie, the doctor is rude, there's no labs done like it says, they just give u a copy of a diet plan and your injections the doctor doesn't even follow up on your weight loss or anything very disappointing , all they cared about is your money period!

Love the service and the shots. Went in with lil motivation due to my grief and the staff was so motivating and encouraging along w my family. In 2months I lost 25lbs. Went in on a great financial promotion and now I will continue on my own. I recommend this weight-loss clinic.

I've been going here for years. The doctor is amazing and really cares about your health. Everyone is very friendly. Be patient if you're using Groupon it's definitely worth it.

I'm not able to comment on results as it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to be seen. I made an appointment a week ahead and they called me the day before to reschedule. Ok, no problem! Appointment schedule for next week. The day comes and they call me THE MORNING OF because the doctor could only see me earlier than the time scheduled. I explained to the receptionist it's impossible for me to make it due to my work hours, and that if it was it going to be impossible to get an appointment to just tell me so I could cancel and get my money back. She recommended I canceled. I did, thank God Groupon has an excellent customer service. Conclusion: I have jo idea if the program works, but I'm sure the hours on their website don't reflect their actual hours.

Its so frustrating to get here for it to be closed cause staff is on break it would be nice to atleast put a sign of when theyre coming back this isnt the first time

Honestly don't understand all the negative reviews. The front desk staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to let me know of the procedures that will be done for me and told me of the other shots (only if I was interested). The doctor was also super nice and helped me feel more confident in his plan for losing weight. I brought my husband with me to see if he would be interested too and by the end of my visit he was able to get accommodated the SAME DAY!! Can't wait to follow through with my other shots.

The clinic was standard for a weight-loss clinic, nothing fancy. This place certainly did not have the sketchy vibe that other weight loss clinics typically have. There was no up-selling going on and the doctor seemed reluctant to encourage medication use-- he really was pushing for lifestyle changes, which I really liked. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because of the lack of organization. There was just not enough staff for the amount of traffic coming in and out of the place. Aside from the doctor, there was literally one other person and she was doing her best to be the front desk for arrivals, answering the phones, and all while also being the nurse that has to administer shots, weigh you and take your blood pressure. There was somebody already waiting when I first arrived and she ended up walking out about 20 minutes later because she got tired of waiting. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested since it was my first visit and I'd have paperwork to complete before meeting with the doctor --but I wasn't seen until about 35 minutes after my appointment time had passed. The delay was in no part due to anyone slacking...I could definitely see the doctor and the front desk lady very busy and moving around. It's just the lack of staff in my opinion. I never got my ID back amidst all the chaos which is partly my fault for not remembering, but I definitely think if the girl in the front wasn't being stretched so thin she would've remembered to give my ID back to me. I had to drive back the next day to pick it up, and the girl at the front desk (a different person) was very apologetic for the inconvenience. It didn't seem busy at all when I came to get my ID so maybe I just caught them on a bad day. The clinic is located in the Sweetwater Plaza right next to a dance studio. There's a Wells Fargo ATM steps away from the clinic office. All of the parking spots right in front of the office are 30 minute parking only, but there are plenty of spots in the plaza with no time limit.

The doctor here is rude and super condescending. His picture needs to be updated. Either it's an old picture or he has someone else pretending to be him. His staff had me book a second appointment to see him and when I returned today, he turned me away because I was at another center before, where he didn't agree with their treatment protocols. As if it's my fault I followed their treatment and successfully lost 40 pounds. He almost seemed upset that I didn't come to him first, and didn't understand why I would want to try out a new place with more convenient hours and parking. I told him that his staff shouldn't have told me to come back and waste my time. He responded by saying his time is valuable too. Um, you work here - what else are you going to be doing and this is your job? He also said his staff doesn't set the "gold standard". Well then don't have them communicate to patients!! He then proceeded to tell me my injection would be complimentary, and then explained to me what complimentary means!!! I couldn't believe how insulting he was. I bit my tongue! I left, got a refund through Groupon, because I couldn't stand speaking to him anymore. He needs to think about the way he speaks to other people and maybe take a class on communication. I don't think he has any respect for women.

Staff is super friendly they make the experience so smooth. Recommend this place to anyone that is looking to lose some weight.
